Zoho Mail Addon in Free Edition
Is there a Mail Integration in the free edition? We just want to integrate with Gmail. All of the other free edition features are sufficient so I don't see how having that as a paid-only feature would merit an upgrade. TIA

When sales orders are automatically synced from a channel, the customer's address is imported as a shipping address. Is there a way to copy that shipping address to the billing address? It appears that there is only a one click function to copy the billing address to the shipping address.

Linking email Campaign to CRM Campaign
Hello, We've created a campaign for a trade show we attended in our Zoho CRM and added our lead list to it. I now want to email those leads from Zoho Campaign and link the sending of the email to the campaign we've already created in CRM. Is this possible? I'd rather not have two different campaigns (the trade show campaign and the email campaign) related to this trade show. Thanks

Pressing the spacebar key when entering a note causes the cursor to jump to the search box.
Hi Zoho support, Some of our users have noticed in the new Zoho CRM UI that whenever they press the spacebar key when entering a note, the cursor to jumps to the search box. This is happening in the most recent versions of Firefox (47 and 48). To work around, we've asked our employees to switch back to the older version of Zoho CRM. If a user clears their browser cache, the issue will temporarily stop but resume after a few minutes. (No specific time frame has been recorded.) Please advise. Best
Automation emails based on creation date + X days
Hello, In Zoho CRM, it's possible to set up email alert based on the creation date of the lead with the option to add + X days. It is very useful to re-contact a lead who is not yet an opportunity. Unfortunately, because of the quota limits (50 by user), I choose Zoho campaign to send emails. Unfortunately, in Zoho campaign, you can only choose a date on not a period (like mm/dd/yyyy +X days after creation time) to set up a worflow process. Do you have any idea how can I solve this issue? We have one mailbox that we use on a daily basis. For a long time, it worked great. Can't find my original mail account
I setup an email account on 8/4 using my domain "Riverbend-HOA.com" Last night sending and receiving worked but today I don't see that email account when I logon but it appears a new email account in it's place.
Issues sending mail using SMTP
As of a little while ago, I was able to send email via SMTP just fine. Wasn't until recently that I now receive errors saying the server refused my connection. I also see failed to send emails stating 'ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE : 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked'. Can someone please help me get this working again?

Portal invitiation/sign-up errors with Apple devices
I have so far had 2 customers tell me they were unable to get the portal to accept a password when they followed the Invite link on Safari on Apple devices. The first was trying to sign up via his iPad, eventually he gave up and did it on his PC The second is getting the same issue on his Mac His feedback: I get “Invalid Email Address or Password” error Hitting password reset just clicks the submit button and nothing happens Is this a known issue?

Zoho Survey to CRM integration not adding new leads
I have a survey set up to capture information from new leads as well as some returning visitors. I integrated the survey before pushing it live and selected the Add/Update Record option. I just checked the survey results and there are new users that have completed the survey but I cannot find a record in CRM for them. The CRM integration has worked fine on other surveys I've created, please advise as to why this one isn't working.

Hi I'm looking to assess the success rate of certain leads by determining a sales conversion rate at each stage of contact. The best way i can think of to do this, is to see what the lead status was prior to successful sale. Is there any way to generate a report on the previous status of a lead?

When updating records in CRM - in this case Account Type field - I am getting a message Permission Denied, Please select an active user. If I close all browsers, open new, then I can update one client. Next client gives me the same error message. ??? Ray

"Sort by" in reports not working?
Hi Zoho, I'm trying to sort my Flags_n_Alerts report in my app, I try to sort the report by Added Date and by Recepient, the added date and time sorting is only sorting by the time (meaning 12:00 tomorrow will be higher ranked than 17:00 today) and the text sorting is not working at all.... Bank Balance does not Agree with Balance Sheet
I have a issue in that the current balance in one of my bank accounts, does not agree with the balance sheet. My base currency is AUD The bank account is a USD account and shows $35.56 which is correct. The balance sheet however shows the balance for this account as $531.94. I realise that the balance sheet shows balances in AUD, but accounting for exchange the balance should be around $50 or thereabouts. Can someone please assist me with what may be the issue.
