UK VAT adjustments
I am just transferring my accounts over to Zoho Books from another system and cannot get the VAT reports to match what I have actual reported to HMRC. I need to make adjustments to ensure they match in Books. I've read I need to adjust in Journals but must have my dunces hat on as it isn't allowing me to make any changes. In process of easy points, please advise how I can do this. Thanks Dawn

Can't receive email
In the mail, there is a notification mentioned that my MX is not pointing to Zoho. I am pretty sure I had set up the MX records with TXT .... already more than 1 day. I still can't receive any email. I tested sending email from gmail still can't receive. I don't know what to do and setup now. Any help. Thanks

Hello. We are currently using the zoho crm restful api to make new contacts for our customers. The customers get to fill a form and a nodejs script passes the data to the zoho crm, Now while it has been working well, yesterday 24/7/2016 (SEOUL) We received a 400 response. Firefox open messages while Chromium does not
A strange phenomena has occurred. Firefox opens mail messages while Google Chromium does not. This is the case on a Windows 7 laptop but it is the same on a Xubuntu Linux laptop. I've set up an email campaign (an introductory email) and I would like to be able to use that email as a template so if we have someone request information, we can send them the campaign email. Is this possible?

Unable to send email via smtp(s)
I'm using Zoho Mail with pop3s/smtps connecton from the mail client software on my PC. But from July 5th, smtps connection yields to "Connection error". That error message appears in 1 minutes or more after sending a mail (not so soon). Receiving mail with pop3s is working perfectly, and I can send mail from web interface. I'm using smtp.zoho.com:465 with Auth. What settings or messages should I check ? Thanks in advance.

Deleting an application
I tried to delete the application OFFLINE SERVICES AND ASSET TRACKING (PREV LIVE) but was getting error messages around my functions so I deleted all the functions and forms manually. New account nughtmare
I hope this doesn't take a year to get answered. I created a new account and entered a secondary email when creating it not realizing that this was a critical name to enter and impossible to change. well it wont let me delete it and I cannot change it and I cannot add it to my account now. Regular .com email marked as a "Free domain"
I'm trying to add my normal .com domain as a new domain in the cpanel under Zoho mail but the following error keeps showing up: Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported. I've tried multiple .com domains and each keep are marked with the same error message.
Spam fliter stopped working
I have two email accounts with separate domains. We were offline for a week and when we returned we each had TWO THOUSAND emails! I would guess 90-95% were spam. Apparently the regular Zoho spam filter stopped working. AND we've been using the longtime beta spam option also and it also stopped working. I now getting nothing in the quarantine tab. I've doubled checked they're still setup. I've even disabled and re-enabled them. This is crazy. They're arriving at a pace of about 6 per minute all day

Hi Zoho Team, I did all configurations exactly as it says in forums to configure outlook mail in receiving mail from zohomail using POP3 or IMAP, but it keeps saying that zohomail server rejected my logon -ERR Authentication Failed for my incoming mail server and outgoing it took too long for SMTP. Unable to Connect via Outlook, but OK via Zoho Browser

Normal user is locked out of their email and it says to contact me (admin user) but...
I don't understand how I can reset their account? Basically, the user tried to sign in, but were asked to provide a verification code (which was sent via a text message to a wrong number). After they were unable to provide a verification code, they were told I (the admin) should be contacted...help!

So, I'm making a FULL PLUNGE to Zoho for my Desktop & Android Office Ste. I really do like it's intuitiveness, and economy of space, as well as it's easy implementation with Google (ALL) Docs, and Drive. However, I'm trying to find a shortcut where I can associate/convert all DOC extentions to DOCX extensions. Online Payments fees ?
Any updates on this feature? I switched from another invoice software to Zoho, which is better in every way except that the other software allowed you to set a fee to be added to PayPal payments. I have PayPal switched off in Zoho because I don't want to lose 2.9% per transaction. Most invoice software has this ability, this is a glaring omission. Thank you, RAJ Rajinc

Inline Pictures
When I try to insert a picture inline, rather than as an attachment, I only get a black box... The picture is a jpg/jpeg, and is 1.48 MB, which is under the 3.0 MB size limit... Ok to change picklist values going forward without affecting old reports?
Hello, We have a picklist field that we've been using to populate a field that's the basis for many reports that are created annually (for a school year). Going forward, there is a need to change some of these values -- mostly we're consolidating two values. We do NOT want to affect the reports that have already been created for this year. We only want the new picklist values to be the basis for reporting going forward. Of course, we understand that this will change the design of some of the reports
Can voice notes be played directly from the website instead of having to download them? Any easy way to translate them to text for future record?
