Greetings, I have currently setup 3 users in zoho mail and one of them exceeded the free (5G) storage limit. I deleted some of the emails and currently he is at 95% usage. I would like to re-enable incoming and outgoing emails for this user.

Add Client contact from Interview schedule page
On the interview set-up page, when scheduling an interview, it would be nice to be have the ability to add an interviewer as a client contact at that point. Frequently there is a new interviewer who may not be in the system as a company contact.
No email verification
Hey, I have today created a new account on this service and awaited my verification email but nothing came through, I went to the settings page and re requested it but still nothing, I have checked junk mail and such like but still nothing I am obviously concerned that whilst I start to use Zoho suddenly my account will be deleted, please advise how I can sort this out, many thanks - Dave

I was using zoho creator to test the (send email) function ,not knowing there were real records of the clients the function executed it sent out the test email to the clients .So I would like to know how many emails does zoho allow you send to users ?

Is there a way to organize or change the Activity Kanban views? It would be nice if I can sort by due date or other categories instead of just "related to."
Updated Security and now Gmail connection isn't working
Hi! I recently updated the security to my account/email as suggested when I logged in last week and now my emails aren't being sent to my associate gmail account. They were being forwarded correctly before I made this change. I'm guessing this is because I need to make changes on gmail's side but am not sure what those changes are. Please help. Thank you!

Converting into leads question
Hi, I have a question regarding the way other users organize their database with Zoho. Currently we are in the process of renovating our Zoho database with a new protocol. We created a new bucket list called prospects and we are putting all contacts in there we have reached out too individually. Hello, I put a lot of potential leads in my crm. Some af them becomes client and contactperson (onther the cliënt) How can i manage that the leads that come in (through putting it self in the system, trough social media connection, trough connection with my contacts from google) are checked with my clients and contactpersons, so that there are not put double in the system? Activity Report (Emails sent) not accurate; how to...?
Hello, I created a number of reports to reflect rep activity, using various time slices: Tasks, Events, Calls - current month, previous month, YTD, etc. Emails Sent - various time slices as above. The concern is this: the Emails Sent report does not capture emails sent from Zoho by all users. Indeed it only captures one or two, while the actual volume of emails is in the dozens or higher. There is nothing I can find in the settings that would filter by user, or include all. Can you assist?

Fetch Data from a form and input into a dropdown menu
I created a lookup field in form B called select event based on form A. After choosing the event, I want the registered names on form A to be listed in a dropdown menu or multi-select (Even better. For attendance taking purpose), is it possible? I tried using another lookup field for the names but it seems to give all the names for all events, I only want to the names from a specific event.
Fetch as google report in search console
When we are trying to fetch as google and render in search console, my all the paged of brandkiosk.in shows status as PARTIAL. Which Implies that you have blocked Google from accessing some of your coding resources such as Javascript or JQuery, etc. These should be unblocked; otherwise, Google cannot render your page correctly. Hello, I am facing the same issue as many other users... my sending account was blocked. I was aware of the limit of 200 (or somewhere claimed 250) emails per day. Hi, As we have started using Zoho CRM we are currently implementing more and more tabs and we would like to use "Social". Now, we were wondering whether to also use Zoho Social because it has some pretty cool features that complements the "Social" tab on the CRM. Is there any to have the two apps integrated?
