DKIM configuration not detected
Hi all, I have a problem with ZOHO Campaigns, to configure DKIM. I set up my DKIM record ( in CloudFlare) exactly as described in the Zoho Campaigns setup, 3 days ago. When I check my corresponding TXE record, using http://www.digwebinterface.com/ by example it workd. BUT; Zoho campaigns still don't want to veryfy it. A very basic question: how do I use CRM and Zoho email together so that all emails appear in the same place?
Apologies for what sounds like a very basic question. I use Zoho email and I've subscribed to CRM. However, I can't find anything which explains how to use them together to track all my email activity with Zoho email as my default email client. To me it sounds like a conceptual problem from my end but I simply don't understand this: can I can use Zoho email to view all my email activity sent from within CRM? if not, should I ignore Zoho email as default and use a Gmail account instead to integrate

Syncing issues with Campaign vs CRM
Hi, In my CRM I have a total count of 2348 clients, when I log into Campaigns I have a total count of 1311 so theres over 1000 people that I am not emailing.. My sync just consists of Name, Surname and Email. Do you know why its not syncing properly? or what could cause it not to bring all the contacts over? What do I need to do? Thanks Andrew
Recieving Faxes and Scans
Over the past month we have experienced issues with not being able to receive scans or faxes. We enlisted our tech support to assist, but are growing weary of having this same issue over and over again. Our questions are what is the root cause that keeps bumping our server settings from communicating faxes and scans from our copier to our email? How is it being addressed, and when will it be resolved?

Just to explain, message was started yesterday, on other computer, and was in Drafts, but I tried sending form another computer? Now, there isn't any message saved in drafts, nor sent items? Hello, we made a responsive html email, however, when copying the html into the template builder, the responsiveness of the email stops working. I have been reading on the forum about others having this same problem before. So I`ll make the same question: Is it only the premade templates that can be made responsive in zoho campaigns or is there some trick to making the custom template responsive? Thank you!

I have a public form where I have shared the form to various email addresses, still these addresses when submitting data via email received the error message: Denied to add Data. It was my understanding, then when a public form is shared to a given email address, it would be possible to send data to same form?

Hi there, We are testing ZOHO Subscriptions REST API for creating subscriptions in our web application. Payment by credit card (Authorize.NET gateway) is working good. But how we can use API with paypal gateway? As I know your hosted page make redirect to paypal during the subscription process. Hi Can anybody confirm the following for me. I want to change my MX records so that my personal domain name email no longer goes to ZOHO but to another. If I do this, my understanding is 1. I am having difficulty getting the email I draft to format correctly. It looks great on the input screen... and then margins are off or there is an odd line or images are way to small or too big... but it all looks great when I draft it.
