Emails - Receipt from Gmail/Yahoo instantly; Other domains unreceived
Hey team, I seem to receive emails from Gmail & Yahoo OK. From other domains, there is definitely an issue. There might even be a problem receiving emails from Zoho! Where's the problem so that we can work it out together as I appreciate the service you offer. Cheers

I recently installed zoho and I see that forum comments going back several years regarding zoho not sending email are still applicable today. Seriously ? An email server that can't even send email reliably after initial installation? Why does this "service" still exist?

Prestashop SMTP settings do not work
Hi I'm trying to set-up our Prestashop 1.6 SMTP mail settings but keep getting the message: Error: Please check your configuration I am using these settings: smtp.zoho.com sales@domain.co.uk password (which is correct when logging in directly to Zoho Mail) SSL 465 When I use my own Gmail SMTP settings the test mail is sent, only when I use Zoho mails settings they don't. I have found loads of posts on this forum with plenty of people having the same problem but no concrete solution, can anyone help?
Configure webform for tracking gclid
Im trying to setup the tracking conversion from AdWords to Zoho. The problem is just in webform, because Zoho Documentation says "add the following line code into you webform" "<input type='hidden' id="zc_gad" name="zc_gad" value=""/>" Ok, this is the problem. I cant add a custom line into webform, but I can add a custom element in webform with "name" and "value" fields hidden (screenshot) There is any error? What is the correct way to setup it?
Email sending very slow today...
We had a campaign scheduled to send today at 10 AM EDT. As of now (3.5 hours later), it is only 40% complete sending. Normally, it would be complete in under an hour. What is going on? In addition, when using the Zoho Campaigns website yesterday, the website was very very slow. After I would edit content and press save, it would some times take minutes to complete saving. Problems importing related data
I have an employees form (167 records) that includes a sub form to position history (330 records). The forms work properly when I manually add test data through creator. But I can not get the data to relate on import from excel. I've tried uploading both forms separately, and I've tried combining excel files then selecting the option to upload sub form data on creator import. Uploading separately populates the forms correctly, but the data is not related. Uploading a combined file creates 497 records

Hi, when i send normal emails to support@esrifrance.zohosupport.com, zohosupport mail to case does no more work ( new case creation / append to existing case ) It was working perfectly till a few weeks ago. Bug in Leads Mass Update Dialog
I am only using the Leads module in Zoho CRM. I often use the "Mass Update" dialog under the "More Actions" button to update values for specific records. In the past, when I would update the value of a field with a dropdown list, the values would be presented in the order created in the Setup. Recently, this changed and now the dropdown list of values is presented Alpha sorted. This I believe is a bug, as the dropdown list should be presented in the order created in Setup for the field.

Hi. I have been able to get SENDER filters working using "IS" and an exact match on an email address. I was not able to do any other partial match filters, however. SENDER IS a@b.com works SENDER CONTAINS b.com does not work for me SENDER ENDS WITH b.com does not work for me I saw some similar forum posts, but nothing exactly like mine. Hello. Whenever I enter the email address into the recipient bar (To:) it auto formats to a name-- for example bob@email.com is auto formatted to "bob" wherein I can't see the full email address. This is difficult when sending a group message and need to verify the correctness of each email address. Is there a way to prevent the auto-formatting and leave the email addresses displayed in full ? Please advise. Thanks.

When using the chrome extension and inputting a new lead, all is fine and everything works perfectly...Until one tries to add a 'description' under the 'advanced fields.' After one tries to add any info in the description, we get the ever long 'Processing Please Wait' window.

Zoho Mail account cant be unblocked
Hi, We do have a problem with the Zoho Mail account of Manuel Perez Rueda (manuel.perezrueda@grupoamazing.es) The account is blocked and when we try to unblock it says has to be at least a 5% free space in the account. Custom Related Lists showing java.lang.NullPointerException
Is anyone else having problems with their custom related lists? I have two separate lists that have been tested and deployed into production and are suddenly now returning nullPointerExceptions. These are (or should I say 'were') grabbing information from a remote system and it was returning XML formatted data. The remote system still is reporting XML properly, so I don't have an explanation of why this is happening.

'Run through Filters' NOT working
Hi, I have hundreds of emails I've migrated from Google Apps in my inbox. I've created a filter that matches the 'TO' field that contains a specific address and applies a label. When I check the filter and click 'Run through Filters', then select the Inbox folder, everything seemingly works. A success message is displayed. HOWEVER, no email in my inbox gets labelled at all.
