Suggestions for Zoho Mail - Native App
I am relatively new to Zoho Mail and use the native app on my iPhone. I like it so far. Here are two related suggestions: 1) Under Notifications, add an option under "Show on Lock Screen" allowing us to limit the information that appears on the lock screen. Can you use the client ID No. as the search item in contacts. It doesn't seem to be able to search using that. Any one know how to?
Mobile Calendar Time Inaccuracy
When I post an event using the mobile app (Android version, but memory serving, my friend with the iOS version has the same problem), the time is set three hours back from the intended time. For example, if I have an appointment set for 11:00am, even though I clearly set the event to that time, the result is erroneously 8:00am. I assume it's a time zone issue, but I can't find any settings in your mobile app to fix it. Am I missing something here?

hi, sorry if this has been addressed already but I wasn't able to find any forum on this. when I add lightbox on picture there's only icon of Pinit available and I don't know how to add more or change it. Mails with draft status
I want to be able to see mails in draft status without having to filter each time I go to 'My mails'. Does anyone know if it is possible to set this up as the default? Alternatively any suggestions on how I can adjust my dashboard to include drafts? Thanks for any help offered. Karen

How do I change the font in an email sent from the contact panel in Zoho Books?
I send clients email notes and like the ability to send them right from the contact entry. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to change the default font from Times to Arial. I would like all my emails to match, and have changed the templates for invoices, estimates, etc., I just can't figure out how to change this type of email. Suggestions? Thanks.

How to email a report concerning previous month ?
Hi, I want to send a report concerning data collected last month. As all the concerned data are not available at the end of that month, the report should be sent on the 15th of next month. Can not recieve mails from some mailservers
Hi, I have a problem recieving mails of some mailservers. The domain is alexander-knoop.de I set the MX-Records (at OVH) as told in your FAQ and I can recieve Mails from Google or web.de with no problem. If I send a mail from my university (kit.edu) it is not delievered and after 24 hours, I got an information (in my KIT-Inbox) that my message could not yet been delievered. Same problem at some services where I wanted to use my mail-address (didn't recieve anything from some services). I don't know

I have two requests please. We have created a Projects database which has a number of subforms, one of which is comments. Hello, Under my domain aftertype.com I've got blocked 2 accounts, the first one a few days ago and the second one today... I have an app that sends automatic response emails, I didn't had a problem with it until now. I needed to create another email account to send the emails that couldn't get delivered but... surprise! I couldn't send more than 5 emails until the new account got blocked. It is really disturbing, please unblock my accounts... and never block them again ever.
Mobile App Quotes
As a Road Warrior, I can tell you that not being able to access quotes by a quote number really sucks. I had a customer interested in making a significant software purchase and I could not access his quote to discuss it. Be aware that often we have multiple quote in to the same account, for example University of Anywhere, and trying to access it by account is not easily done. At any rate, it just should work that way; that I could pull up a quote by its reference number.
