How do you match a transaction where a bill and an invoice have been netted and a check is issued?
We issued an employee reimbursement in the same month as an employee purchased an item from us. Rather than having the employee cut us a check and then writing a check back for the full reimbursement, I netted the two amounts -- thereby reducing the reimbursed check by the balance owed the company. But now I cannot match the transactions. It seems like a simple thing, but I cannot figure out how to handle this situation in the software. Thank you!!!!!

Unable to get or send email from two accounts - URGENT PLEASE HELP!
Hi, We run two email accounts through the business and can't use either of them. I looked on the web and it seems that they have been automatically disabled and I am unable to enable them. The email addresses are wendy AT letterfest.com and info AT letterfest.com. Both have the same issue. The error message is: "The Server could not be connected. Problem to insert right date format from JSON file
Hi, when importing data to Zoho Reports the column with the date isn't identified. The column has the dates formatted in ISO-standard 2014-01-04T12:15:00.000Z I´ve tried to specify the date format to "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ".but a error is shown. Also I tried to transform the date format in a new column with following structure: yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss I choosed the right date format but a error is shown again. FOLDER tab in SETTINGS

Fill fields in an account, based on parent account
Hello, We have a number of accounts in our system, some of these accounts are 'child accounts' to other accounts in the system. The child account should have the same address as the parent account. I have created a rule that executes on 'Field Update' - the field is a 'Lookup' field that searches for Accounts and is called 'Parent Account' However, I am not sure what the custom function code should be to find the address details of the 'Parent Account' and then map these to the account that the 'Lookup'

Clone Profile in Customer Portal
Hi all - when I clone a profile in the customer portal it doesn't clone the existing permissions i had set up in the profile i am cloning from. All the permissions are set back to default of no access. Is that supposed to be the normal behaviour? Its very frustrating as i then have to reset every single permission again. please advise thanks
