Zoho Email integration with Zoho CRM
Hello, Today I upgraded from the free Zoho CRM to the paid subscription to take advantage of the e-mail integration with Zoho e-mail. I've watched some YouTube videos on how to do this but the tabs/commands they reference don't seem to match up with tabs/commands I have. Two questions: 1. I'm still using the free Zoho e-mail. Do I have to use paid Zoho e-mail to integrate with Zoho CRM? 2. The videos I saw explained about adding POP3 and SMTP accounts to do the integration. However those video
SMTP not sending in Apple Mail
Hello, The SMTP in apple mail is not sending and the email is stuck in outbox. I have tried all SMTP settings but they won't work. I have tried contacting the support (Ref: ##11240139##) but after a couple of weeks still no solution could be provided. Option to disable "Book Hotel" and option to enable "Book OpenTable".
Our entire business is local. We NEVER need to book a hotel. But, we do need to make dining reservations. Why not make the "book hotel" and option to be turned on and off, and ADD "Book OpenTable" as another business meeting service.

I replied to notify of this issue on https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/issue-in-incoming-mail but thought I would submit a new post for it. Zoho App & mobile site on Iphone not Receiving emails
I have three accounts. 1 set up with the domain ad the MX records which is working just fine. I have a gmail and a yahoo account set up through pop and for some reason zoho is only fetching email when I log in through the desktop. Once the desktop app syncs, then the iphone app catches up. Almost as if the mobile app has to communicate through the desktop app. Doesn't seem right. I can send just fine through the cell (iphone 6). Just not receiving as I should. Setting and clearing field values on button press.
Hi People, I seem to be having an issue setting values upon a button press (in a stateless form). Defining a field's value works fine if the code is run "On User Input" or "On Load" however "On Click" does not set values. An example line would be input.text_field = null; which would normally clear the field but if called "On User Input" does nothing. Is this intended functionality or a bug? In any case, would anyone know of a workaround that still allows me to use buttons to define/clear fields?

Hi! I am using the import wizard to import tasks from a different CRM using a .CSV file. In the test import I am running, the contact name is not being passed. Also, the Task Owner ID is not working properly because it is assigning all of the tasks to my user instead of the zoho user that I am mapping. i have my own domain for Zoho Mail. I also have a gmail account which is set to forward Gmail to my Zoho Mail account. I also have a stock Android email app, set up with IMAP, to catch any mail while on the move. I have two infuriating problems: 1) Occasionally, emails sent to my Gmail account sometimes fail to arrive in my Zoho inbox. 2) When I try to open an email received on my Android, it disappears from the device, sometimes before I've read it.... it also disappears from Zoho Mail on my desktop

The how to doesn't help. There is no Reports Scheduler button anywhere on the Reports page. I get two reports emailed from Zoho weekly. I could just report that as spam but I'd rather turn it off.

Hello, I have a view that I want to be filtered by default rather than having to open the view and then select the filter from the dropdown. Right now I'm using view criteria to restrict what records are displayed, but I don't see a way to turn this restriction off while accessing the view. My only alternative, and correct me if I'm wrong, is to have a view for each criterion and not rely on filtering— problem is, this is pretty inefficient. Any ideas? Thanks.
