How can I get list price from Products-PriceBooks related objects?
Hi, I would like to get list price from Products-PriceBooks related object. I've checked the getRelatedRecords method on API Methods documentation, but I can't see the description for the case of reference-relationship. There are some examples for parent-child relationship as below link: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getrelatedrecords.html I'd tried the above for Products-PriceBooks, but it doesn't work. Setting Billing Date
Hi! I would like new subscribers to pay a $100, one time start up fee, then start paying their payments on the same day of the following month. For example, if they sign up on January 3rd, they'll start by paying $100. Then, on February 15th, they'll be charged their first payment, March 15th, their second payments, April 15th, their third payment, etc. Is this possible? Thanks!

Question regarding Advanced Display Field
Hello there again, I am new to the software but I am enjoying playing around with it, I was wondering if there was a reason as to why I cannot delete one of the fields on this form. The error message is as follows; "This field is referred as display fields in the following places. Please remove them and then delete this field." Hi everyone, I have the following code, but it only updates the first record of Cost in Costings. I need all price.Cost records to be updated. New Product to Quote
When we create a new product we put the product description in the details box. Then when we do a quote and print to PDF to send out, the description is coming up twice under the new product, we then have to go back into the new product delete the description and then print the quote PDF out. What are we doing wrong?
Inconsistent Account
I just assign my domain to a Zoho account . I was wrong to create the initial account ( I put contact rather than administrator). To solve the problem I deleted the domain and create it again . When I did this , an inconsistency was generated. It is supposed to contact the account no longer exists ( not listed in the "User Details" list) , but remains in "Mail Administration" -> "Mail Accounts" . How I can delete the account contact ?.

why do i have to have another email account, what i was trying to do is get out of gmail, but i have to keep it to get zoho? and why is my zoho user name ****@gmail.com ?? Im horrified at this, since i was trying to dish google!!! I don't want to have anything to do with gmail, hotmail or any other, i just want 1 email address with soho, thats all, and my username to be from soho not gmail.com. is this the same for anyone or did a do something wrong?

Matching Batch Deposits
Hello, We use the Authorize.Net integration, but noticed we can only match deposits to uncategorized transactions. We sometimes issue refunds through Authorize.Net and are not able to match those withdrawals to batch deposits. It would make it much more convenient, we have uncategorized transactions piling up because we cannot match the refunds.

Find on Page Option for Mobile App
We are using Zoho CRM for client management for our MSP. Our technicians are always out in the field so they rely on the Zoho CRM app on their phone to find client information. We use the Description Information section in Accounts to store passwords and notes related to each client. There is no easy way to locate a specific note or password from the Mobile device without scrolling and hoping you don't miss it. It would be nice to have a way that when you are on an Account Details page on the mobile

I am new to ZohoCRM. I am evaluating both type of users (google and google apps) I am trying to export/sync events to google calendar. Example: #1 john@email.com sends me an email #2 I reply. #3 I realize I want to add something. I press reply on the email #2. In the new email's To: field my own email address appears, which is bad. Obviously, when I'm adding a new email to an email discussion, I want to send it to my partner, not to myself. In short: if I press reply on an email sent by me, it should put the other person in the To: field, not myself. I believe that's how Gmail works too.
