Problem with custom CSS in editor
Hi folks. I get the impression some work was done on the WYSIWYG editor sometime in the last couple of months -- if it addressed a few points I raised earlier -- great. However, one new problem has surfaced. Custom CSS for use in the WYSIWYG editor no longer works in Firefox, though it does work in Chrome. This is troublesome as we had determined that Firefox was our most reliable choice for using the editor in the first place (but, as mentioned above, it would be nice if that was overcome). Our
Report on quotation return duplicate raws of the same quotation
I have created a report the return all the quotations that needs to be handled by my team. I setup custom field to set the target close date of each quot. Now I am trying to generate a report that will list all the quotation needs to handled grouped by the CLOSE DATE and subtotal the grand total of each such date. The result is a report with duplicated lines of the same quotation
Are workflow emails triggered from API
I have a workflow with an alert rule that when a new lead is created, send an email to the owner and someone else that i add in the other field. This works fine when I add the lead directly with in Zoho. However, when I call the api and add a lead, the lead is created the same way but no email is sent. Do the alerts work when triggered from the api? Thanks
Lookup field not showing in Zoho Reports
Hi, We use Zoho Crm with Zoho Reports. I have a custom lookup field in the invoice to Projects (custom module), but I can not see this field or relationship (Invoice-Projects) in the Data Model Diagram.

Hi, I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to use this particular placeholder in my email templates. In my Invoices, I have the field for "Project" checked, and fill in the name of the project as I do for all other fields in the invoice. This is not a custom field, but rather one that seems to be a standard optional field in Zoho. The project name that I enter in this field, however, does not for some reason associate with the placeholder %projectname%... in which case, wherever I use

Hello Everyone, The administrator no longer works for our company and the user name and password do not work. We cannot, therefore, edit the account in any way. I've put in a request ticket for support and heard nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Tasks and Activities not uploading ZOHO CRM
Good day, I've received several reports that some tasks and activities are not being uploaded when the team members/sales rep send them, I.E. if they send 9 tasks they only see 7. Is there a way I could check these reports where indeed uploaded and the CRM decided to delete them ? What's the workaround for this?
Html Page Print and Pdf True

Trying to follow a tutorial
I'm a raw newbie and am trying to follow the tutorial, https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/tutorials/advanced-app-building.html#create-app-using-subforms When I get to entering the scripts in Workflow, the Tut doesn't specify whether its the Order Form or the Products Form. I assumed order and it gives the error "Value 'Product' is not defined". If I enter the script the Product form it gives the error "Vale 'row' not defined". Problem with the limit of sync
Goodmorning! I have a problem with my zoho campaign account : I know that the limitation of sync with zoho CRM is 5 per day, but Idon't achieve to sync a new list for the first time. I didn't use my 5 sync per day, or my 15 sync per moth but the website tells me that I already used my 5 sync per day and that I have to wait 24 hours. Also, even after 24 hours, the contact never syncronised with the zoho CRM list. Hope you can help, thank you!
Two Questions
First, is there any way to make the program pause 1 second before continuing to calculate? I can do it in excel but can't figure out how to do it here. I'm reasonably familiar with VBA. Also, all of my worksheets have the maximum of 65,536 rows. No matter how many I delete, it remains at 65,536. This happens in a brand new worksheet with no code as well. I only need a few hundred rows or less on these sheets.

New To Creator doing a Timesheet
I know this should be easy for me but I'm just getting my feet wet. I work for a consulting firm so we all have multiple projects that we work on daily and have to log the hours spent per project. Right now they are using an excel spreadsheet. I've set up the form and included a radio button that says "do you need to enter more time for another project" Y/N How do I set it up so if they say yes the need fields pop up again. Editing a PO reverts the Deliver To address back to company default
Whenever I edit a Purchase Order all the fields remain proper except for the "Deliver To" field. It always changes back to the default even though I've purposefully picked a different address with "Change destination to deliver" feature when I first created the PO. This is a problem because it is very easy to forget that this (I presume it's a bug) happens and I often go in and edit a PO and forget that I have to again go and change the Delivery destination. Hi, Are aggregate functions like sum, average etc supports in formula fields? It doesn't look like it. My "Customer" form has a one-to-many look up relationship with the "Order" form. Dashboard feed history doesn't match
When viewing the Dashboard "Feed" on a project, another manager and I don't see the same history. When she looks at the "Feed" on this project, notes go much further back than my "Feed" view does. My feed only went back to April 22, 2016 to start with. Then I clicked around and the only thing we can come up with is that I opened the calendar which goes much further back and when I went back to the Feed I had information all the way back to March 25th. Invoices Not Displaying Correct Values for Time Sheet (hourly) Based Billing
When creating an invoice from time sheets, using the "Service - Professional" template, the Qty column displays "1" and the Rate column displays the Rate*Hours (total amount), and the Amount column displays the total amount. This is not the way the information should be displayed or populated. As an example of properly populating the invoice, if number of hours billed is 10, and the rate for services is $150/hour, then the Qty = 10, Rate = $150, and Amount = $1500. Calculating weight loss/gain
Hi Zoho, We have two forms, a Members form with the members details which includes a field with their starting weight and a Class Register form where we select a member from the Members form and add their current weight. I want to add a field to the Class Register form that will give me the difference (loss/gain) from the starting weight on the Members form to the current weight on the Class Register form, for that particular member.
