Im trying to link my account to outlook but outgoing server settings authentication is continuously failing. 535 authentication error is coming.

Unable to receive emails from non-zoho emails
I have setup MX records & verified in MXToolbox. I also setup SPF record. I am able to send emails to any account but not able to receive emails. I can receive emails from other zoho accounts (ie same SMTP server!) but not from others (Gmail). How to resolve?

First of all - I already added an SPF record for my domain (as I found on this forum) but I noticed that I still have a problem with Gmail e-mail reciever. Unable to Sign up for free email account
Dear Zoho, We are having difficulty signing up for a Zoho Mail account. We created an account and verified the email address used to complete the registration process (lacasa@pacific.net.sg) and are trying to create a free Zoho Mail account with info@la-casa.com.sg. When trying to login to the Zoho account, all I can see is "Support". Changing my company
Hi I use Zoho CRM, Support, Books, Assist, Projects, Creator etc. I run off a Google Apps for Work domain. I use Google auth to login to these systems. I am now moving my company to a new name, new domain and different country. I have added this domain as a secondary domain on Google Apps. Later I will make it the primary domain How can I migrate all my existing data, setup, invoices etc to the new domain, and sign in to my Zoho spaces using the new domain? thanks Brendon

Which template to use to suit both mobile and desktop?
Anyone can point me to a template that supports multiple columns, AND still look optimised for both mobile and desktop? It seems like I can't get multiple columns to slide and stack on mobile (the problem is the Gmail app on iOS, works fine on Android) unless I use one of the smart templates, but that's just super narrow and not ideal for desktop... Backup in free version
Hi We are currently using the free version of zoho crm (we are/will be using paid versions of zoho expenses and zoho people) The comparison page for the versions says that the free versions doesn't have back ups, where as standard has 2 per month. What does a backup mean in this sense? Update all records and keep them updated
Hi, I have a schedule that is triggered when two fields are equal. One is user´s day of birth and the other one is the current date. so I did this: DOBB = DOB.toString("dd-MM"); Current_Date = zoho.currentdate.toString("dd-MM"); But, the Current_Date do not update automaticaly, I have to edit each user data in order to update it and that is no practical option. Most of the themes have the menu above the banner image. The banner image is so large that the body is off the bottom of the screen. Clicking on a menu item does not appear to do anything. Is it possible to do any of the following? What Does This Icon Do when your inside an open email?
Hello, Today I inadvertently clicked on an icon when reading an open email. When your in an open email at the top right corner there are several icons in a row. 'Folder', 'Tag', 'Trash', 'Spam', and then the icon to the right of the spam icon - I don't know what that is, or what it does? I clicked on it by accident and I cannot find the email that was open when I clicked on it. Thanks. Darren
List Management/Segments in Campaigns - Not displaying all info
The list management/segment is not displaying all of the info selected. I clicked on the gear and selected multiple data elements. The "department" field is not displaying any data within the listing.
