Hi I'm doing a trial of zoho expense at the moment for my company. We are a UK, VAT registered company. I have 2 questions r.e. VAT: 1. Is it possible to show the VAT and the VAT total in each expense report? 2. Is it possible to associate a VAT rate with an expense category (as some things attract VAT, others don't) On a side note, is it possible to get Zoho to automatically create a reference number for an individual expense? buying domain home address issue
I'm attempting to buy a domain thru Zoho but it keeps telling me that my home address door # and/or zip code is wrong. I know it's EXACTLY right, because I went to my bank's online site and did a copy/paste to be sure it said "Apt 7" instead of "#7" and etc. Still get same error. Wondered if it wasn't refreshing the data, so I cancelled out of the registration and went back in, entering info all over again. Same error. Very frustrating!

Associating Imported contacts with imported accounts
Hi, I have two separate .csv files: accounts and contacts. Both were linked in the old database using an account ID. The accounts file imports correctly, but when I import the contacts file they import as orphaned contacts (i.e. not associated with any account). How do I link contacts to accounts? Thanks.

UPDATE on this post: I wanted to make sure that all who read this first post learned about the response. Within a 5 minutes of posting this, I received an email from Zoho customer service, and then a tech agent named Vivek called me--proactively--to speak with me about the problem. Vivek is a STAR--really, this guy is GREAT! A few minutes later, the problem was solved. Vivek not only solved my problem, he retained a customer for his company--that's a big thing. Use the Mautic, he says the connection is ok, send as email does not arrive in my box in zoho ...... any idea what might be please? How to set a Rule Criteria on Date type field in Zoho CRM?
Hi, I'm working at ZOHO CRM, I'm creating a rule and want to define a rule criteria on a field of Date type. There is a field "User Entered Date" in CRM, and I want to trigger a rule on the basis of this field. If user sets the Closing date field till 14 days of the date stored in User Entered Date. But if he sets Closing date more than 14 days of User Entered Date, the rule should not trigger. Any Help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Over-riding quotes
I want to be able to offer some products foc depending on the customer but include on the quote. I also want to be able to join some products together, not give an individual cost and do a bespoke price for that set of items without having to set each option up as a new product each time. Help please! We have a manufacturing business and sometimes we can be flexible on pricing dependent on the client and the requirements but I feel that this may not be possible?

Push Notification stopped working
Hi, For some reason I no longer get push notifications from my ZOHO mail app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Android ver. 6.0.1 It just started today, I uninstalled and re-installed the app... still no notifications. Web portal works fine... I see the emails come in without having to refresh page.... The only way I can see new emails on phone is by clicking ZOHO mail app icon and refreshing. Please advise. Easy way to log calls
When looking at a contact and want to log a call, there are a few options. Most open up a badly formatted small box which is difficult to type into and complete. I prefer using this full screen method here... https://crm.zoho.com/crm/CreateEntity.do?module=Calls However, this means you need to search again for the contact to which the call relates. Anyone know how to link to the above page with the contact detail already complete?

"Won Potentials": Display More Than Five Entries?

Vendor records not loading
Only on some vendors, notes, products, activities and attachments do not load on the page view. We receive a perpetual message that the page is "loading". Directly under where you can select hide details, it also says "undefined". No idea what that means. This does not happen on all vendors, but it happens on certain ones consistently. Please see attached screen shot. Does anyone know what could be causing this error?
Activities component displays wrong time in My Events
I've added a component "Activities" to my CRM home page and selected "My Events" as the "Custom View". It displays my events but with the wrong time. For example, an event scheduled for "14:00" is showing up as "18:00". If I open the Event itself, it displays the correct time.
