Informe missing, info has dissapeared
Hi, We have been using a report (informe) in which we were able to see the call history report for our team per day. Since yesterday the same report is at 0, we have lost all the info. So we are not able to track the calls. I attach an image of the tool "report.png". We need to see in this report the total number of call per person, in the report named "Llamadas de hoy" we can see all the calls but we need to compile this info by team member. If i forward the mail, the content is not showing and empty mail goes to the receiver
IF i draft a mail and send it to some one and if i go and see the sent items, the mail is blank, and if i forward the mail, it appears blank in content for me and the receiver. If i switch to plain text from rich text, then all the matter appears.

How to get related records using ID from CRM.
I want to get related contacts when I select a particular account from my Zoho_CRM field on the form I have, I have referred all the CRM tasks and I am doing exactly what they have mentioned. output = zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords("Contacts", ("Accounts"), input.Zoho_CRM_ID); I should get all the "Contacts" of the "Account" I select. but it gives me an error that "expected BIGINT , found STRING" so i did this , output = zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords("Contacts", ("Accounts"), input.Zoho_CRM_ID.toString());

Email problems
When I am emailing from the application there are two email entries; one in the client header and one in the body of the client information. If I use the header email address, the email is not part of the record; and recently, the body email has not become part of the record. What am I doing wrong?

the MX issue
I set up an account with zoho, connecting my name.com domain. It was working fine for a few days, but then stopped receiving emails and said that the MX have an issue, is not pointed. Checking on mxtoolbox.Com it says there are no records. I have set everything up as per zoho's instructions but still can't seem to fix it. Zoho Campaigns: Push member status as Fields in Zoho CRM Leads Module
I'm not able to select a field in Leads module to push member status from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM. I have created a custom field in Leads module in Zoho CRM to store the member status from an email campaign executed in Zoho Campaigns. The issue is in the configuration of Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM, the Leads field (Campaign Response) to map the member status is not there in the field selection pick list. How can I specify the Campaign Response field to receive the push notification?

Record Summary Public
Is there anyway to make a record summary viewable to the public. I have a report on my website showing available inventory with a custom action to show more info by opening the record summary in a pop up. However, it just redirects my visitors to login to zoho and says they do not have permission to view it.

PDF export of quote via inventory templates are making I's and L's bold for some reason.
Dear Zoho CRM Team, I just started noticing that we have a background image in our inventory template we use for quotes and for some reason the PDF export is making all characters of I and L bold for some reason. Here is what the original image looks like. Now here is what the PDF export of the same image looks like. Do you have any idea why the PDF export is making all the I's and L's bold? How can I change the product or price in a quote?
Once we have completed and saved a quote, we sometimes need to go back in and change the product selected or price for that product, discounts etc. as these are often negotiated over time. It doesn't let us go back and make changes to the product details section. But it will let me edit everything else. . Am I missing something?
Can I sync GMail Contacts to Zoho Leads instead of Contacts?
When I sync GMail Contacts with Zoho, they come into Zoho as contacts. However, I have not determined target activity for the GMail contacts and would prefer for them to come into Zoho as Leads. Is it possible to sync Gmail contacts to Zoho Leads and then convert them to Zoho contacts at the appropriate time? Secondarily, is it possible to down convert Zoho contact(s) to lead(s)?

I'm the administrator on my account. I have defined the leads screen but when the other users login they are not seeing the same format as I have. They are fields that do not show; i.e. State How do I setup a screen that can be viewed by everyone?

I have a lot of reports in many different folders. When I cannot remember what folder a report is in, it wastes a lot of time to press the "+" button to expand folders (folder by folder) to seek out the report. Please give us more flexibility searching for reports.
Admins cannot see each others' sync details?!
Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see the detail or edit syncs between CRM and Campaigns. After asking about this on a call, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is a very bad UX to have to bother other users to change or alter syncs.
