Hi, I am not a coder and I have no idea what's going on. It seems to me someone called Guillermo is using our own (business) email to spam a bunch of people with the a random commercial offer. A couple of people actually replied to Guillermo's email but those replies were sent to us. iPhone Authenticaion problem
I just set up a Zoho account to give it a try, and all seems good, but for some reason I can get it working on my iPhone. I've followed the process here http://zsync.zohosites.com/iPhone.html but all i'm getting continually is "Password Incorrect" I've typed it numerous times and even reset the pw within zoho, butg no success. For a mail merge template I want to concatenate the fields with commas but do not want the commas to appear when no values? example "A, B, C and D" when B and C no values should read as "A and D". How is this achieved? Someone had asked it previously but I did not see an answer.
Domain confusion
I have just signed up with a free account and I have added one of my own domains to it. I assumed that any mail sent to this domain would appear in my inbox, but it seems that it only matches against known names, anything else is rejected, fair enough. how do i reset the 'from' name on my account?
I just set up my new email account today and as I was filling out the forms, I put my name in the place that I should have put my business's name. How do I change this? It shows up now as if the email is from me. Having it come from business is the whole point of why I got this email address. please help! I have promotional emails to send out to my list. TITLE field is suddenly blank for both Leads and Contacts
Hi for the past few days we cannot Edit/Add Title Field to new or existing Leads and Contacts. We first noticed with a new lead that one of our team members forgot to chose a Title for, and when trying to edit it, the Field options were blank instead of the usual list. Also at the Lead/Contact page, when you hover your mouse over each field you usually get and "edit" text next to each field and are able to edit each field individually... BUT for the title/name field there is no more "edit" text shown

Which method should I use to update values of a custom field
Hi, I want to know which API method should I use to change the values of a custom field. For my purpose defining the values of a custom field in the design it is not useful, because I want to change the adress at the moment of creating an Invoice depending from which account it came, as an account can have several adresses, the adress of the Invoice can change too so I think the solution is a custom function, but I don't know which API method could work. View "My Contacts" not using built-in view
How can I create a view in Contacts that shows just my contacts (not those of sub-users). 1) I do not want to use the built-in "My Contacts" view, because I want further customize it. 2) I do not want to specify my own contact name in the "Contact Owner" field, because I want all my sub-users to utilized this veiw. Notes Will Not Save
When entering notes within Leads or Contacts, the information will disappear, and not save. (See Image Below) A blank box appears when I click the save button. I've tried multiple browsers, clearing my cache, deleting my cookies, logging out and back in, and attempting under different users. This is frustrating. I have to double the amount of work I do since the notes will not save. Please advise.

I think Zoho must turn off the spam filtering at night. I wake up every morning to dozens of spam emails in my Inbox. 45 this morning! Then I don't get any in my Inbox, or very few, during the day, or evening. They seem to start coming in early in the morning.

MX Server Verification
I am using Espace2001 to manage my domain. When I login to Zoho Mail I am asked to very my domain. My domain provider's contol panel only provides an interface for nameservers. There are 5 fields Nameserver 1 ... Nameserver 5. Currently those fields are pointed to the NS1.XYZ.TLD ... NS5.XYZ.TLD of the web host (where the actual content of the website is). Manually enter email into lead
I have the free version of Zoho CRM. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually log an email that was received. I'm not looking for integration of any kind (since that would require an upgrade), but while I can log a call or a task I can't seem to be able o log an email. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Seems like an oversight.

User Account Management
I have a white label reports site. When new users come online I have them sign up for an account at our login page. How is this account then managed? I understand that the most I can do is share views to the account, deactivate, or change user type. I would however like to be able to change the username. There doesn't seem to be an option for the user to manage the account when logged it, it only provides an option to Log Out.
