Group Email Sharing - Share 1 Email Address with All Users in Group
I followed the instructions in the link below but I am not seeing the screen in the same manner where I can set up group email sharing. I may have went to the wrong location. I am very new to Zoho. Is it possible to provide more information on how to accomplish what is in the link below. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/public-groups.html I have attached the screenshot of where I was when I was trying to do this.

SORBS listing for Zoho IP. Please, fix us.
The following IP address - 74.201.84.163 is added as a spam and virus entry on the SORBS listing that few companies use to filter spam. Our email is sent through this IP address from the header info and we can't mail receivers using SORBS due to listing as of 7th April 2016. Please, help us by delisting this IP or shifting outgoing mails to a different IP. Thanks.

Filter for NOT SPAM
Is there a way to create a filter that looks at the subject line, and when it contains key words, never mark it as Spam? The Zoho Support Spam filter is marking far more emails as spam when they are not, than we ever had marked as spam in Gmail. thank you Jim

Sync my Zoho Calendar with Google Calendar
Hello, I'm trying to set-up a 2-way sync between my Zoho Calendar and my Google Calendar but do not seem to have the option. Based-on what I have read, I understood that if you add your domain for email hosting in Zoho, you should be able to get the Google Calendar sync add on. I do not see this as an option. Received Email Going To Spam Despite Being Whitelisted
Over the past few weeks, email received from 2 particular senders at the same company (same domain) is being put into spam, despite the fact that I have whitelisted the email addresses, whitelisted the domain, and marked email as "not spam" several times. Any ideas?
On-Premises - Download - Generation Failed
I have already raised a support request for this but due to lack of progress I thought I would ask the forum if they can help. I would like to try running my creator application in the on-premises version. However I can't even get started, as when I attempt to download any application from ZC, I receive a "Generation Failed" error. Twice in the last 4 days, I have contacted the support and did not receive a reply. As adding my gmail accounts via pop did not work properly I started forwarding my gmails to my zoho accounts. For 5 days now the zoho server rejects the forwarded messages. I am a new zoho user and so far I am not happy at all. My main reason for signing up was the "blacklist" function that turned out to be just a filter.

I love my new Zoho Site but in order to make it official for my blog, I'm having to manually move over 650+ blog entries. As much as I love the site, I'm not sure if this is going to be possible. Is there an email field in the accounts section of free Zoho CRM
Hi I'm halfway through importing contacts into the free Zoho CRM and I've realised that there doesn't seem to be an email field in the accounts section. When I try to drag an email field over from the customisation section, it says that this is for paid version only. There are email fields for the individual contacts but I have generic account emails that I'd like to add. I like Zoho but I'm just starting out and would rather not pay $40/month just for this feature. I'd appreciate any advice Nick

I'm working with a table that has invoice data where the dates are formatted as 04/05/2016 MM/DD/YYYY I'm trying to conditionally apply a fee structure using a formula column, but I can't figure out why it's not working. MILESTONES DON'T WORK IN ZOHO-PROJECTS
The Milestone future in Zoho-Projects does not work properly. Please take a look at Microsoft Project and see how they use Milestones. It's a much better way: There the milestone come at the end of a series of tasks and can be made a dependency. I.e. the milestones is only reached once the last task required for that milestone has been completed. Is there anyway you Zoho can re-configure the milestones to work like in Microsoft Project?
How To Create Workspace In Docs?
I'm not seeing any way to create a workspace in Docs. I watched this video on it, but I don't have the same options for whatever reason. Can I create a new field in Quotes under product details?
We use the list price, then apply a discount. We need to show the product's price AFTER the discount has been applied. Is there any way to create a field to be shown on the quote template that will be the result of the list price minus the discount? (not the line total, but the per piece price after discount).
Changes to Zoho CRM?
Yesterday I noticed quite a few unannounced changes to Zoho CRM. Why didn't I receive a notice about these changes? One major problem is that the Create Contact form is not tabbing properly. It is skipping the Mailing Street, City, State and Zip fields completely.

Our survey uses the typical Strongly Disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, strongly Agree, scale for most questions. I have currently been able to assign scores of Zero, 1,2,3,4 to those statements however only if the actual numbers appear alongside the possible responses of agree etc. Can the attributed scores for each response not be hidden and simply used by the system to create the averages, range etc? Suvey Submissions not visible in CRM
When my survey form is submitted the mapped CRM-Lead integrated fields populate correctly (except one - noted in seperate dedicated thread) However, the completed, sync'd FULL survey does not appear in the Zoho Survey section of the lead view. Below is a snippet of the lead view which is entirely and successfully populated by data from the completed (unlisted) Survey Is this a bug, or a setting I have overlooked?
