Unfortunately Zoho Forms has stopped
I have couple of form shared to my team member. While one of them cannot be opened the rest can be opened in the Zoho form. The one that cannot be opened was indeed able to be opened and be submitted in the past. This one that cannot be opened in the Zoho form app, though can be opened as a published html form and works fine as such. Stop parent accont from overwriting child account address
Hi Many of my users have found an issue with assigning parent accounts. When a perent account is to an existing (or newly created Account) both the billing and shipping adresses are over written. Personally I can't think any reason that would be useful and it is wasting hours of our users time having to correct the adresses. Can this be fixed. Thanks Dan

creating a record in zoho crm events and tasks
Hi, I have been able to create a record in zoho crm contacts module (although it took a while to go across and I ended up making 3 duplicates) but when I try the same for events or tasks it doesnt seem to work I am using the call function with Zoho intergration what are the key fields I need to enter to make the task or event appear in my feeds/calendar? is there a help document that deals specifically with adding tasks or events - the only one I can find is about adding leads Thanks

Site to App problem - 1 hour off of real time
Hello, If I enter an event in my app it uploads to the site an hour behind schedule. How do I synchronize the app and the site version? EX: I enter a 9:30 appointment into my CRM application --- it uploads to the site as 8:30. This needs to be resolved because it is causing horrible scheduling errors.
Zoho CRM Iphone app
Is there a way to view "notes" in the app. When I click on leads in my app I don't see any notes however on my laptap I do? Also once a lead is turned into a potential the notes disappear . Is the only way to view them under accounts? Thanks in advance

How can I change an expence status to indicated it has been reimbursed

iOS - Exchange Active Sync - Cannot move messages to other folders
Hello, I have my iPhone synced to my Zoho mail via EAS. However, I am unable to delete messages or to move messages from one folder to another. Customization Settings not implementing correctly (BACKGROUND CHOICE HOVER and FONT CHOICE TEXT / HOVER do not work on standard Drop-Boxes)
While working through the customization features for general templates i have noticed several customization do not fuction correctly. Tab group order
I am trying to order the tabs in my tab group. I have a tab that contains all my Creator reports and I want then ordered like they are in the before image - Home, Client Briefs, SRAC, Call Sheets and no Projects but when I save the order it gets reordered Home, Call Sheets , SRAC, Client Briefs with Projects added on. SalesIQ was working perfectly 12 hours ago, but when i tested again today I noticed the floating "start Chat" button was not displaying, nor was the chat window. Mail is getting flagged as "read"
I setup Zoho Mail so I can send mail from within Recruit. We are using MS Exchange SaaS / Office 360 hosted exchange server accounts. I can see, send and receive e-mails now. But all my incoming mail gets automatically flagged as "read", even though i have not read it in either Outlook or any of the Zoho products. Please help?

Hi, In all modules in ZOHO CRM (Quotes, PO, SO, Invocies) an overall Discount can be applied in addition to the discounts per product. It's great and useful. A big issue though is that you put it AFTER taxes. In addition to not fit any financing/accounting standard, it messes with all possible reports. Piloting the business in this context is VERY hard. Gmail Mobile App vs Zoho Mail Mobile App
The Gmail android app allows users to add and monitor several different accounts at the same time without the need to repeatedly login/logout of each. Is there a similar function in the Zoho Mail android app? From what I can tell, there isn't so I would need to manually log out of one account in the mobile app and login to any others I want to monitor.

It seems that within the last month the amount of spam that is not being caught by the spam filters has been increasing. Wrong Button Link URL in Campaign HTML Email!
When I add a button in my email campaign template and use the follwoing URL link http://www.xxx.com/#test to open a registration form on my website the HTML email sent by Zoho Campaign adds a ? to the end of the link (http://www.xxx.com/#test?) in the button so it goes to the website but not the form. Why? The plan text email is correct and works fine. Any help would be appreciated.
