Unable to Receive the emails from specific servers
Hi All, Recently i have setup the mail through zohomail for the website kcs.company Domain is purchased through Godaddy and Hosting is through Inmotionhosting.com I have pointed the MX records and SFP records are also set properly in the hosting cpanel. I am able to receive the emails from Gmail, But if i try to send the mail through my company emails, i am receiving an error p3plibsmtp03-05.prod.phx3.secureserver.net rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:p3plibsmtp03-05.prod.phx3.secureserver.net

Hello (again)!! I got stuck trying to calculate a FX formula. The thing is I don't now how to make the proper expression. Custom Signature
When creating a custom signature the the tools are great and create a perfect signature that saves correctly and projects a preview of what I specifically designed (color, size, image, etc). However, whenever I create a new email, the actual signature generated before and after sending is simple, un-formatted text with no image. Why is what I saved not actually appearing in my email?

Hace unas semanas cambié mi página web y por ende también el servidor, ahora trabajo con ipage y no tengo el correo zoho y deseo volver a activarlo pero no puedo porque no soy el administrador de la cuenta antigua. Google calendar sync issues
Hi Our 1 way sync (Google Calendar >> Zoho Events) stopped updating events on zoho. So, if you create an event on Google Calendar, an event gets created on Zoho. But the issue is, since yesterday, if you try to update any event on google calendar, the updates (change or delete) won't sync to zoho. Before yesterday, it used to be working fine for a long time.

Can send but not receive email
I did a test e-mail using my Gmail account and this bounced back: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain (mydomain.com) by smtp.secureserver.net. Scroll in Inbox
Hi , Any idea how to solve the scroll Issue ? In the inbox scroll, when I try to scroll up and down, instead of the highlighted cursor going up and down, the entire Inbox goes up and down. Allow merge fields from custom modules
We want to be able to send emails and letters out to clients but in our templates we want to add fields from custom modules, but Zoho does not allow us to do this yet (Salesforce does) so it is possible, is there any such feature on your roadmap?
Sendmail with PDF attachment not working today?
I have been using a sendmail task to attach a record summary as a PDF attachment for a long time, but all of a sudden it has started failing. Remove the attachment and it all works fine change the attachment command to 'as Inline' instead of 'as PDF' and it also works fine. The thing is this script has been working for nearly a year and has't been changed at all. And the record summary template being attached also hasn't changed. Dear sir/madam, I use a personal Zoho email account, to which I forward email from another domain. Since about 12 hrs ago, these emails have all been bouncing, with the error message: 552 5.1.1 <brenthuisman@zoho.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I have not changed any configuration on either Zoho or the account that is forwarded to Zoho. Saving email addresses
Hi, Im trying to save email addresses into Zoho so that when i type up a new email Zoho will recognise the email address and input it in for me (this was automatically done with my Yahoo.account). Currently I have to manually type in the email address each time i want to send an email. Even if i have used that email address before. Is there a way soho can save each new email address used? Outlook IMAP/SMTP very slow
Hello there, I have been using Zoho mail at work since 2012. In the last year I've been experiencing an ever-increasing slowdown when using Zoho mail through Outlook 2010. Moving emails from one folder to another initially took about 5 seconds and would occasionally error. Trying again usually worked. But now moving emails can take up to 30 seconds and errors are more common. Similarly, sending emails can lockup Outlook for up to a minute. I even had to increase the server timeout delay
DomainKeys VS. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
Could someone please explain to me the difference between DomainKeys and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)? I know what they are, but they sound like the same thing to me. Do you need only one on or both of them on? (We have DKIM on, and it's working well.) Can you even have both of them on? Message count on the folder name
Zoho Mail Team, Can you indicate the number of messages on each folder on the folder name itself (on the tree)? Cannot view tasks or save certain things
We're receiving a "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator" message when trying to view tasks. We can edit them but then receive the same message trying to save changes. This behavior is new today. Everything worked when we last used it Friday.
Vacation reply won't work
I have tried numerous times to apply the vacation reply. I click save and it confirms with a message to say it has saved. However, when I refresh the screen it disappears. I have tried in different browsers without luck. Any suggestions?
Imported Contacts showing under Accounts (but not Contacts)

Unattended Computers - Status
Hello, When I view my unattended computers after logging into meetinglab.zoho.com, I have noticed three different statuses, one of which (yellow) I cannot understand. Is there documentation explaining each of these? Green circle - Awake and available for remote session. Grey circle - Unavailable. I have seen this when the remote computer is asleep or turned off. Forum responses in Sheet, Update new row of data entry with existing calculation formula
Hi guys, ZOHO is pretty amazing! I'm working on a small project for my class where i put out a survey form and gather data into the sheet. within the response sheet there are several calculations i put in the cells, Everything works great except whenever there is a new data entry from the form it adds a new row and won't automatically apply the formulas to the new data. Exempt widget from user filter?
I have a dashboard that reports on an internal "kudos" our staff give to one another. I want to be able to filter by month and quarter, but I have two widgets that show the total all-time dollar value and the total all-time count of awards given. Is there a way to exempt these two widgets from the user filter so that if you're filtering just to look at Q3, the "all-time" numbers remain the same? They can't just be fixed text values, of course, because they will continue to grow over time.
