Re-ordering Tasks doesn't work
The demos show sub-tasks and easy to use drag and drop to re-order and re-assign tasks/sub-tasks but this feature does not work. You can re-order tasks but if you try to re-assign a sub-task to a different main task it doesn't work. Not sure if this is a bug or just doesn't work by default.

Is it possible to create a report that shows things like (for a portfolio of projects): 1. Client identifier 2. Project Title 3. Who the PM is 4. project start date 5. est project end date 6. Project health (green, yellow red) 7. and then a text status field If yes, can it be exported to a CSV or Excel format?
Can the same task appear in more than one task list?
Is it possible to have the same task appear in two different task lists? I don't want duplicate / copy and paste the task, I want the same actual task to be shown in both task lists. For example.. Hello, I sent an email a few minutes ago to a couple of people, including two of my own Gmails, from Zoho Mail. For some reason I haven't received the email on EITHER gmail account. Edits to timesheet, goes back to unfiltered list
If I examine my timesheet entries by client, then select View By: Unbilled and Period: Previous Month, when I edit a timesheet entry (for example, to clarify my notes or fix a typo), as soon as I press "Save" on the log entry I go back to a totally unfiltered view of timesheet entries for that client. Oddly enough, when I begin in the "All Timesheet" view and make edits as above, I return to a properly filtered view where my selection of "Unbilled" and "Previous Month" is maintained. Can you fix
Agents cannot forward, just saves as Draft
I am hearing from agents who are trying to forward a ticket to someone not an agent, and the forward is not working, rather the email is saving as a draft... they are not able to SEND I can go in and SEND DRAFT Wondering why they cannot SEND?

I am not sure how I can solve this problem. I have read how Resume inbox can associate candidates to job openings by the subject of the email. I have seek.com set up to send candidates to Resume inbox. How can I then get the candidates to be associated to jobs? Possible to Print/ Email Tooltips?
I've created a KPI Dashboard that is very useful to me, particularly for my monthly staff meetings. I love that it gives me live data formatted in a way that makes sense, and that it calculates the numbers I really need. BUT... I need to be able to capture a moment in time of these numbers. How to make the values of a list wrap in reports (change value seperator used when rendering list)
In a Zoho Creator form, I have a value list (check box field) containing the days of the week (in French). When a record for that field contains a few or all of the 7 values, it looks like this : Lundi,Mardi,Mercredi,Jeudi,Vendredi,Samedi,Dimanche This rendering does not allow the content to wrap. How can I make this content wrap without having to include as space in the form before each value (not even sure that would work, but anyway it would be a silly solution). Group invitations not sent.
Hi, I have tried to invite people who do not have a Zoho account to a group I created, but they did not receive any invitation. When I removed the two addresses from the group and readded them they received an email about being unsubscribed. As a moderator I received a copy of these emails. I have not received a copy of the subscription invitation, though, so I think they may not have been sent out at all. How can I check that the invitation email / subscription notification was really sent out?
How to set custom url for email
Hello, I am quite new to zoho and it's very fascinating service. We are organization and want our employees to use email from our domain. I have already set custom url as mail.yourdomain.com using CNAME records as mentioned here however it is forwarding to zoho domain after logging in and similarly logout as well. Whereas we need our domain to be shown only. Any ideas?

Problem exporting data with arithmetic symbols
In Zoho CRM. If we have a text field filled with a phone number like +1-912-323-2323, while exporting this record the zoho CRM convert it into a calculated value like -1211(or something similar) basically in exporting a report the data is lost. This need to be urgently fixed please.

Random E-Mail disappear
Hey guys, for some reason our e-mails randomly do not get send. Around 50% of sent e-mail are never received for unknown reason. It seems like in most cases it hits e-mails with an attachment. Those are most likely PGP key files. We can see the e-mails are in the "sent" folders in the web zoho panel, but the receiver does not get this e-mail. Not in spam, nothing. Any idea is welcome! We use gmail and zoho and I am looking for more information on how they can work together. I am using the zoho contextual app within gmail, but it is not exactly what I am looking for. Spam emails with no sender
Since days I receive Spam emails with no sender. In spite of having them forwarded to abuse@zoho.corp I never hear anything back about fraudulent email with invoices that are criminal abuse and now I receive emails in my SPAM folder that are coming from myself and I find this very disturbing. There is no response in regards to if my account has been hacked by some criminal psychopaths - but who knows where the criminal emails come from if not Zoho mail? Zoho Creator Formula variable lookup based on selection in a Drop Down list
I have a Zoho Creator form for Storage Tank Inventory Tracking where the first field is a drop down box with selections like "Tank1 / Tank2 / Tank3 etc." Another field is where the user enters the inventory level in Gallons. I have a formula field for automatically computing the lbs of inventory (Gallons * Density) but the density varies depending on what Tank the user has selected in the Drop Down. If Tank1 then Density = 1.2. If Tank2 then Density = 1.5 etc. How do I code this most elegantly?

I am working from a long list of leads in a campaign and I understand that only 10 leads can be displayed on each page bu after entering a lead's page and want to exit I encounter the following issues: 1. When I enter a lead and want to exit back to the list to continue to the next lead, it sends me back to the very first page (leads 1-10) which means that when I get to numbers 100 up I will have to start on page one and click until I get to 100 every time I enter a lead's page. 2. Zoho can make entering contact data much easier. What I'd like to see is; 1. I have an email address in the proper field. 2. when I click the lookup account field, zoho takes the domain name from the email address and puts it into the account lookup field. 3.
