Call custom function for all Events
Hi, I've created a custom function for Events and is working trough a workflow when adding/modifying Events. My question is if is possible to execute this custom function for all events created before creating this custom function and workflow. Tried to modify workflow to execute based in time condition but not working. Thanks.

Localisation, localisation, localisation!
I'm an IT consultant in the UK and as much as I'd like to recommend many Zoho products, I simply cannot and will not do so until you make localisation consistent across the board. Every time I start using a Zoho product, I have to go in and set my UK preferences, despite this being my account defaults. Lost all spreadsheets in a folder

Customer Language in Workflow Rules
Hi All, I basicly have two main languages: english and italian. I created a workflow rule that sends an email when an order is voided, but it doesn't let me filter the customer's language. I want to send the english template if customer's language is english and so on. Here is the screenshot of how appears the customer language menu on the workflow rules. What am I missing?

Scheduled reports didn't send?
We had a number of scheduled reports which were supposed to run this past Saturday morning, and while the e-mails went out, they didn't contain any report data. Can you please tell me what happened, and how we can make sure it doesn't happen again? Thank you.

ACCOUNTS IS NOT WORKING AS ALL OTHER MODULES WORK PERFECTLY
We have sent in a trouble ticket last weeks and need to get this rectified immediately. When setting up Lead fields we selected Accounts, Opportunities and Contacts and all data has transferred perfectly except for Accounts. It seems as if the Accounts tab is not receiving any data at all. It is selected in the Module field so we are not sure what is going on.

Hi, I've created a map, with 1 value for each entry - a name Now i'd like to add for each entry on the map a URL - which will be "http://" followed by the entry's value under "name" Than I'd like to show on my page a list of hyperlinks: the text will be the name, and the hyperlink will be the URL attached to it on the map. Tasks missing from summary page
Some of the tasks are missing from the summary page. Strangely, all the tasks that are missing from the summary page carry a '+Follow' link on the top right. Am I missing something?

How to block/filter a specific server?
Lately I've been getting a lot of spams from a specific server from "cloudapp.net", but all of the sender e-mails, subjects and body are all different each time, but the server is still the same. Is there a way to block or filter all of the e-mails from this "cloudapp.net" server? Like I said, even the sender's e-mail change on each spam, so I can't make a spam filter for them.

Activities showing as 'Undefined'

When clicking on an Open Activity from the Potentials page, I get an error -- Cases is not available in your edition.
I'm not trying to create a support case. I'm only trying to create follow up tasks such as, Call John on Tuesday afternoon, and then mark those tasks as complete once they are completed. However, every time I click on an open task I am taken to a page saying that Cases are not available with my edition. Please help! Thanks

Hi, next is the style of response I get from zohobooks if for instance I look for contacts. {"name":"George", "Balance":"10.50"}, {"name":"Mike", "Balance":"5.00"} I understand this as embeded map variables (?).... Random E-Mail disappear
Hey, it seems that the mail server only randomly lets e-mails through. We have a lost rate around 50% for some reason :( It seems that in most cases e-mails with attachments disappear. That's critical since we can't even send a public pgp key with the e-mail then. Any ideas are welcome, thanks in advance! - Dominik
