Problems cutting and pasting text in Opera
When using Writer with Opera, it's impossible to cut and paste text. Trying to do so will result in pasting a blank, so apparently the buffer is empty. Copying works fine though.
Urgent - Associating candidates - all marked candidates do not get associated!!!!!!
Hello, first: can you answer my previous request????? It has already been 8 days with no reply!!!!!!!!!!! second: when associating candidates to a position we experience a problem that not all marked candidates do not associate. Ie. we marked 513 candidates to mass associate them to a position and only 423 got associated. This again has a significant influence on our business. Several actions do not appear in notes anymore - needs a quick fix
Hello, the following items stopped appearing in notes. It causes problems, as it is not possible to see immediately what was happening with the candidate. Bring it back, it causes problems. Why cannot you keep at least the minimum things that are useful and working. I am sure this was not an intention, but you made changes in the system without a proper testing again. This is really horrible. We are forced to pay the full price, but your services are not even at 50%. Things are working and are available
Adding my domain works but my address has an "address already exists" error
Hi, I've just added one of my domains (flaxx.net) as a test before paying for the Zoho service. This has worked fine, but when I add my address (simon@flaxx.net) Zoho Mail tells me that the address already exists. How can this be? I don't think I've done anything to configure that yet.
Where are the ZOHO IMAP emails stored
I am a little bit confused after doing a migration via IMAP into my new ZOHO account. When I check the available storage it shows 100% free meaning no emails have been stored yet. However, I did the migration successfully. Does this mean that ZOHO simply accesses the emails via IMAP from my old server, or are they now stored at ZOHO? I need to know as I am about to deleted the old files at my previous hosting company but I have to 100$ sure the emails will not disappear once I do that

Add Custom "Notes" Field?
Hello, What we want to do is create a custom "notes" field to capture "Value Added Services" discussed with the account. While it sounds simple, we want to have the date automatically assigned along with the text that describes the value added discussion. Wierd E-Mail Problems
Since last week I am either not getting e-mails or they arrive hours after they are sent. Some have no sender or anything in the subject line and then some e-mails are completely scrambled and don't make any sense. Something has to be fixed ASAP.
URL in an email
Hello I am trying to send an email with an order to a supplier. I ad text end variables and it works great. But now I want him to confirm my e-mail. So I want him to click on a link in the email and end up on a page where he can confirm, decline in a drop down field with out being logged in to soho creator. Is this possible and how do I do this? Zoho Support "Description" not returned from API call
Hello, Currently I am calling the the Zoho Support API using the getRecords query. In the response, the description field (the comments between the support agent and the user) do not come back by default. In order to see them, the field "Description" must be included in the selectfields query in the request. When the Description is included, the response only includes the first comment. Is there anyway to receive the entire conversation thread from the API? Also, is there anyway to update the description

We are collecting all applicants in Zoho Recruit. Other sites can send e-mails with resumes to the resume parser on application submission. LinkedIn does not. What is the strategy on how to receive applications from LinkedIn into Zoho Recruit automatically? Best, Thomas.

How to Change the Font Size/Title
Hi, I created a calendar and embedded it onto a website; however I would like to change the font size and the title of the template. I am using template #7, "Upcoming Events" and when it is embed onto the website, the font displays too small for my preference. Is there any way to make this font larger? I would also like to change the title of the template that shows as "Upcoming Training Events".
Resetting pop password

Lead Mapping and Lookup Fields
I am trying to work out a problem I am having with LEAD MAPPING. When you are in the LEAD the boxed *required FIRST NAME & LAST NAME transfer once converted to an ACCOUNT are moved to the top of the page in an un-editable area. The biggest deal I am having is that I still need that name displayed on the page for the the ACCOUNT, CONTACT, & POTENTIAL. Hello, I used to used Zoho every day a few years ago, and now I'm returning to it I'm a bit rusty with my skills! I remember that I used to create an account for a customer, then when that customer bought something I would add a sales order to their account. Account Page does not load properly
When I go into the main account page, the page stops after the notes. All of my contacts, tasks, quotes and invoices are not loading.

Problems with windows 7 to windows 10 remote assistance
I have windows 10 and he has windows 7. Although we are using the same screen resolution, when I control his screen everything is fine but when its the other way around, he sees my screen only on half of his screen, and his cursor is not clicking on the right things for example there is the new tab button, he is trying to click it on his side but in fact it is much farther right on my screen than what he sees it.... very weird problem. changing the settings "best fit or actual size" doesn't make

Is there any kind of option or setting where I can charge,say 3% more if they choose to pay with a credit card such as swipe? Swipe takes a lot out of the payment. I only want to add an extra fee, like a convenience fee if they choose to pay with credit card. Is there a way I can do this?
