Getting Error: 'Sorry, we are unable to process your request.'
Hi Team. This is Biswanath Rath (biswanath.rath@bnrfilms.in). I am getting this error 'Sorry, we are unable to process your request.' while trying to send mail. I even cleared the browser cache, but still the issue continues. Can I expect quick support from Zoho Mail team in resolving the issue asap? I have to send some business mails on urgent basis.

Sending/Receiving Email Issue?
Has anyone had issues with sending and receiving email in the last hour? I sent a test email to myself and haven't received it yet. My last email received was 9:52am EST. It's 11:15am EST and I know I have emails that have been sent to me that I haven't yet received. This is the 3rd time in the last 6 months that this has happened....

Dear Zoho-Team, since 1,5 h I'm unable to sign in. When I load the page zoho.com, all I see is a loading circle. I tried under ubuntu in Firefox and chrome, in Windows 7 (virtualbox) under Firefox and chrome and at another computer in windows 7 under chrome and at mac in Safari. The zoho mail app on iPhone 5 is working. Do you have ane suggestions how I can solve this? Since I have to write really urgent mails right now and getting very nervous... Thanks in advance Vika

Dear Zoho Team, One of the domains srkc.co for which I have the mail setup done with zoho was working fine until yesterday. Since yesterday, however some of the mails from gmail yahoo or live are not coming through. Due to which we are suffering productivity. Can you look into this and advice what might be the issue.

Etsy integration of sales/receipts broken?
I activated the etsy integration and it successfully imports my current active listings, but it has an error for all current sales. The error indicates that the item given in the order does not exist (in Zoho, presumably). This is despite the successful import of that active item a few minutes earlier. It looks like Zoho tries to match on SKU, but I can't see what it Zoho thinks the SKU for the item in the sales order is. I did not have this issue with the Amazon integration.

How do I change the channel for an item? Or add a channel to an existing item? I do not see a way of adding, for example, Amazon as a second channel for an item, or for creating a new item in Zoho and assigning it to a sales channel.

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to better customize the Ship-To fields when generating a Purchase Order in Zoho Books? We sell equipment to universities and many times the Ship-to is going to a central receiving location and, in some cases, we do not want any contact names in this information. Subform lookup to main form?
Hi, I have a form with several subforms in it. I need the subforms to be connected to the main form when looking at the reports later on, so I've created a distinct variable for all the subforms to have (same as the main form). I wish this will be done automatically - the variable will not be visible to the users in the subform, but will take the variable value using lookup from the main menu. How this can be done? I'm trying to create an invoice from a case. Basically a service guy inputs the number of hours worked from a picklist. When an invoice checkbox is ticked an invoice is created. I've got most of it working but my problem is I don't know how the number of hours selected from the piccoloist can be converted to an int to do calculations on.
