Hi: Can you tell us how to set up groups without having to send out invitations? Our executives do not want to sign up for a new service-they just want to get the emails sent to the group name. I keep getting this error and it is very annoying. I have changed my password multiple times have deleted and re enabled pop settings and deleted the account and re added to thunderbird half a dozen times. Nothing seems to be working but i can use the ZOHO App on android and also i can log in using webmail. custom url for zoho mail/portal
I'm noticing that despite this page stating, "Adding a new CNAME (mail.yourdomain.com) and pointing it to business.zoho.com will display the domain URL across all the pages," that my domain does not display on all pages, in fact once logged in, it shows "https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do?Requested_Domain=mail.yourdomain.com" (where "yourdomain.com" is my actual domain) instead of "mail.mydomain.com/biz/index.do." Inbox Completely Wiped Out
Last evening I discovered my inbox to have been completely empty on an iOS device. I hadn't initiated any deletes, so I checked webmail only to find the messages missing there as well. I've checked deleted items, spam and the archives to no avail. I've submitted two support tickets and haven't received any information regarding this critical issue. I'm looking for any information that might help me recover my business emails as this is an emergency for me.
Cannot select a mailing list using zoho campaigns wordpress plugin

Google Apps not present in ZOHO CRM integration
I wanted to synchronize ZOHO CRM Events/Tasks or calendar with Google calendar. Google Apps is not present in the ZOHO CRM integration screen I am currently on a trial, using the Professional version. I go to setup>Appsand Add-ons. I am offered ZohoApps and Other apps "Other" only offers me Outlook, Phonebridge, Mobile and Office. How do I integrate Google calendar or Google anything at all? Has there been a big argument that I missed? Are ZOHO and Google not playing nicely with each other anymore?

I have created a PO dated 15th February. I am now trying to convert this PO to a bill. I am using todays date (22nd Feb) as the bill date. I keep getting an error message saying Transactions before 31 Jan 2016 has been locked. Hence action cannot be performed. Can you please advise? Thanks, Emma

This morning during the email outage, I had to go to my email service provider's (inmotionhosting) webmail (we use zoho as a POP account) to use email. I updated the password at inmotionhosting and worked off of there during the outage. I was then tinkering with the Zoho mail settings and tried to update my password under the POP3 settings. A number of the folders are structured as follows: 2016 2016/Inbox 2016/Sent It looks like I'm not allowed to create subfolders called "Inbox" or "Sent".
