Dear Team, I have created Official Email ID's for my Company through the administrator account, other user accounts are working fine, But info@ariselogistics.net is not Working. While I am trying to login, its saying "Account is Inactive" Because my info@ariselogistics is having the Control Panel. I am unable to create other Email ID's Please help us in this regard. Business email still shows up as my name
I set up a business email that I have linked to my domain. The problem is, when someone receives an email from me, it shows my actual name, rather than the business email address. How do I fix this? Thanks

ZOHO Mail as POP
I am trying to use ZOHO Mail as a POP. My mail access to all emails sent to my ZOHO address will be through Outlook 2010. ie I will seldom log in directly to ZOHO to read my emails. I seem to have everything working with one exception. I have set up my account to delete the emails when they are read by the Outlook client. Web Mail vs Outlook-Activesync vs iPhone-Activesync do not match.
I have a new account. I use 3 clients simultaneously: mail.zoho.com, Outlook 2013 (Activesync) and iPhone 6s latest (Activesync). I deleted all mail in all folders at the beginning of day (including trash/spam) for each of past 3 days. Issue #1: I noticed that all 3 do not always stay in sync. There is always 1 or 2 emails that show up in one but not in other.A email I received at 6:50 AM PST shows up on web/outlook but not on iPhone. Two days ago, one email showed up in outlook but not in Web email.

Hi, I setup visitor tracking by embedding on the website (http://www.foodbusinessschool.org) the snippet of code provided in the Zoho CRM -> Visits section (which involved activating the Zoho SalesIQ Visitor Tracking add-on). When I go to salesiq I can see realtime visitors there, stats, etc. but when I go on the Zoho CRM -> Visits section it still tells me "Not getting visits?..." and shows the default "how to setup visitor tracking" page. Any idea why this behaviour?
How to include automatic reminders with automatic workflow tasks
Hi All, I know how to automate a workflow task by creating a Rule and then associating a task with that rule. I love that an email is then sent out to notify that a task has been set. However, I also want to be able to have a REMINDER come before the due date of that task, and I dont want to have to manually set a reminder each time. Do you know how to set a reminder within the workflow task so that, in addition to a notification of the task assignment, a reminder will also automatically be sent
Recipients Not Receiving Mail
When using sending mail with Zoho Mail through my web browser on my PC, the emails send fine and the recipients receive them. But when sending mail from my android device using exchange active sync, the recipient never receives the email although the emails show sent in the Sent folder on both devices with no errors and no bounce backs. We are mostly mobile, so it's really important to be able to send and reply to emails. Thanks in advance!
old emails are being rereceived when using outlook
i am using outlook 2016 desktop and my email is set to use pop access. since a week ago i have been receiving emails that have been received in the past as new unread emails. i realy do not know what had happened but today i have received almost 76 mb 550 emails from months ago as if i had not received them at all. i have not changed my settings or anything, not on zoho and not on my outlook account settings. what could have caused this issue? do you have any idea or solution? best regards

'Send Mail' Not Working from 'Activities' tab after switching to IMAP
Hi, After switching to IMAP I cannot sent an email from my Activities tab. An error pops up that says: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined Zoho crm" It appears to work from the lead and contact section in that the email pops up with no error but I have yet to discover if it actually sends. Passing Parameters
I am new to this. We have a dialer and I am implementing ZoHo. I have my API key. With in the dialer is a lot of the information on the client. I need to pass all of this onto my page for zoho. The values are different with each client. Zoho Field First Name Dialer Field ($first_name), Last Name is ($last_name), Phone is ($primary_phone) Can someone point me in the direction of how to do this with some examples say for first, last and phone?

More multiline problems
This public application I just published, "Multiline Test", exhibits the behavior previously noted by ghennessy, but on a more basic level: The application consists only of one form with one multiline field. The form on load event attempts to set the multiline field to this: "foo bar" but the presence of the linefeed in the text is preventing the form from rendering at all. I have tried everything - including various smtp plugins, but i am having NO success delivering email to my zoho email account? I can successfully and consistently send emails to other domain based email accounts from the same Wordpress Site with no problems - only delivering to my Zoho based eail is an issue. I am not getting any bounce reports either - are there any reports at Zoho that show rejections? I have generated and tracked the logs from the WordPress server and they show the email was
Disappearing Deluge
Hello - I will find my application not working correctly, go into edit, only to find my deluge script on a particular field completely missing. It seems only to be happening on subforms - and it may have only been happening after I added //comments to my script. I am going to remove the comments to see if that alleviates the problem. How do I know my own zoho generated email to fwd mail to here
I have my own email address here (not zoho) receiving the welcome emails but I tried a test email forwarded from my other server (siteground) to the email address that was generated here for the DNS server but that must not be my email here? Did not do new MX records as I am only forwarding email to here. Hope that made sense. Where do I find that kind of info on this end? Also cannot find settings for send/receive intervals?
Mail is not being sent to recipients
A few emails have been sent today and the recipients are not receiving them. I sent an test email to my personal account from my Zoho account and have not received it. Last email that was successfully received (from Zoho to someone else) was on Feb. 25th. Is there a network issue? I can receive emails (coming into Zoho) just fine. The mail shows up in the Sent box with no indication of an error and is not in the Retry Mail queue.
