Run local command line from "Links"
Under Leads we have the Links section allowing to run a link with lead parameters/fields. I would like to run a local program such as a smartphone from the Links section. What is the correct syntax if at all possible? Thanks.

Create Lead from Cold Call
I have been using tasks to document my time and note while making cold calls. I do not enter cold call prospects into the program until I consider them a lead. Is there an easy way to create a Lead from an activity? Or once a Lead has been created copy the relevant tasks to that Lead file?

In Basecamp I can paste image and video URLs from screenshot services like Dropbox, Droplr, and CloudUp. Those URLs are automatically converted to embedded media. Preparing migration file from a Salesforce export
I've exported my CSV files from Salesforce, but the dates didn't come across as yyyy-MM-dd, so I went into Documents in Windows, opened up the export folder and then opened up the first exported file in Excel and tried to reformat the date field and then save the file ready for importing into Zoho. But the file will not save as a CSV file with dates in yyyy-MM-dd format. I've tried several work arounds, but none worked. My salesforce records are very standard and under 500 in number. Change Time Zone fro an event
I'm adding some events to my calendar and I need to create them in PST time zone. I'm in EST time but these event are occurring in another time zone so I need to create them in the correct time zone so when I travel they show correctly. How can I do it? Example I have a Dinner with a customer in LasVegas at 6pm on May 10. During event creation I can't change the time zone to PST so it shows in my calendar as 6PM EST. I'm guessing when I get to Las Vegas it will show at 3PM EST which will be confusing.

Run Rule: When owner and created by are different
Is it possible to create a rule to send a notification when: Owner isn't = Current User For example I want to send a notification when a case is created for somebody else other than the creator. The only way around this that I can see.... is to setup multiple rules for each user. EG: Case Owner is = X AND Created By isn't = X Case Owner is = Y AND Created By isn't = Y It becomes very awkward when we have lots of users. Thanks for your help

Mobile Browser freezes on draft auto save
If I am using my mobile broswer (not the app) to respond to a ticket, I can type out my whole response but when the system goes to save a draft, all the buttons (inlcuding Send) are greyed out (or lighter tone, indicating that you can't use them) and it stays that way indefinitely. What I have to do is type my reply in my notes app, then copy it, open the ticket, hit Reply, paste the response, then send (before it attempts to auto-save the draft) Not quite so much of an issue now that I was able

Hi! I'm really desperate with Zoho right now... I've tried using both Cloudwork and Zapier to connect Zoho to Mailchimp, but both just plain and simply break Zoho (how can it be so low?) API limit of 250 calls.
