Auto Sync Zoho to MailChimp

Insufficient Privileges to Perform Operation
I have written a Creator Database for demonstration to a potential client. It is simply a database of Sales with links to the Customer and Product (in CRM) database. However whenever I click on either entity it does not go to that record (as I would expect) but opens a new tab with this error message. I have produced a screen shot of this (attached). The user has an email address associated to the account. @myaccount,com I create a template and in the From field I select the @myaccount address although I have no idea where this comes from. When I send the emails they are received from @zoho.com I see that the emails are being sent through zoho mail. Work flow rules
I am trying to set up a workflow rule that would alert a user if someone else creates a case for them. It would be nice to make the rule that says to send an alert when the case owner is not the person who created the case. Right now the only way I see to accomplish this alert is to make an alert for "User1" executed on creation with a rule that says "Case Owner is User1" and "Created by isn't User1". But then I have to make a new rule for every user. I have more than 10 users and only get 10

My zoho email can send email to others. My zoho email ONLY receive its own email or other zoho host email. My zoho email does not receive email from other host (eg hotmail) I recently set up a WIX site on my domain name. I have change the "nameserver" of my domain provider to wix. Last week I setup a new account. My main email account (administrator acct) has been listed as inactive and so I can't login. Report configuration archiving old information
On my pipeline stage report, I do not need to see "lost to competition" on the report indefinitely. Is there a way to archive this satge so it is not included in my report & dash boards? Same goes for won deals. Sales reps do not need to necessarilty see if once since it is no longer an active deal they are working. Thanks!

Problem with mpp file import
Hello, i've been having an issue while trying to import a project file. I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies so let me describe in detail. 1. Using OpenProj tool i created a project document with a gantt chart. 2. I saved the document as "Microsoft Project Document 2003" format, which OpenProj saves with the .xml extension. I rename the file to .mpp extension. 3. Tried to import that document into Zoho projects 4. Then i get the following error message: Import Microsoft Project Plan(MPP/MPX)
