ICS export not updated to new times?
When I change the start and end time of my tasks and I copy the ICS export link and add the calendar in Outlook or Google (tried both) the tasks still have the old start and end times. Are this ICS export links not realtime updated? If not, how long do I have to wait for an update to the new times?
No IMAP access from Android device
Hello, I have previously had IMAP access via 3rd party app (K9mail) setup on my old Android Phone. When I try setup on my new Nexus 6 I receive an error of "Username or password incorrect" (see attachment) I have checked all settings and verified them to be correct. I have also checked that I had enabled IMAP access on the webpage settings. Please advise....
Cannot find records
I cannot find the option to allow the application to automatically search the records on the server instead of having to download all of the data to my device. I also have to go to each module and select Sync My Desktop to initialize the first data dump to my device.

Copy Contact Details To Paste Elsewhere
Good morning from the UK, I am trying to find an easy way of copy and pasting a contacts details. For example I will be visiting a customer and want to copy all of their details including phone numbers and address and paste it into my diary. This then allows me to see the address simply when I am out on the road. I can copy all of it by dragging the mouse across the contact, but it includes all the field names including those fields I have no use for such as 'Other' addresses. Any ideas? Best regards

Issue in Zoho Field
Hello, I have a query regarding templates. There is a field in the template with the expression. ie ${Contacts.Desired Neighborhoods}. When user put values from website, this expression took multiple values. but the issue is these values comes in the single line and hide after particular width.I want <br> after each value so each and every data can readable. iPad app
zoho projects is a fantastic powerful project planning tool and the mobile app is a great companion on the go and when offline. Not having a tablet version for this long is a hinderance in productivity especially when most of zoho's competitors particularly the more widely used and enterprise providers all have. CRM, Invoices, Books, Expenses all have great iPad apps so why not Projects and please don't suggest the tablet browser as its unusable and unable to use offline. Is it in the roadmap?? Is

Forgot Control panel email
Hi, We've created an account for our website mail server several months ago. Now when we want to manage our accounts because we forgot the registered email address, we are not able to login to control panel. Also when we want to sign up again, system says this domain is already registered. We have access to both our domain control panel and host panel. Could you please help to remove this domain or maybe find the email address that has access to control panel. Thank you
Changing stages
I am new to Zoho so maybe this is of my own doing...I cannot figure out how to change what stage a potential is in. The way my business is set up, when someone becomes a "potential" they still go through several sales stages before becoming an actual sale. Why can't I edit the stages? Help if you can, thanks!!

FIFO cost tracking report
Hi, I started using Zoho books from 1 feb 2016. when i check the FIFO cost tracking report it is showing me all the products in and products out from feb 1 to feb 7th 2016. but it is not showing after feb 7th . i dont know why, but we had so many purchase order, bills, sales invoices after feb 7 to till date. Is there any way to completely reset Zoho back to the original configuration at the 1st login? I customized the fields quite a bit and then realized that I shouldn't have & now want to go back to the default settings.

CANNOT VERIFY WIX DOMAIN
Hello! I signed up and have been attempting verify the domain www.roest.com.mx since yesteday but I cannot verify it yet. I've added the cname, and tried the txt. Wix is the domain and website host so I cannot add the html on the site itself to attempt that method. My domain is www.roest.com.mx and the current status is active with expiration on 11/09/2016 and was created on 11/09/2014. Attached a screenshot of my domain management page as proof. Is there anyway to keep a user from typing over the header text? T he text that is in yellow I am calling headers. If they are altered in any way then some of our functionality will not work. Thanks in advance!
Can not Add users in Zoho Campaigns
Hello, In our organization we have created 2 Zoho users/accounts. We work together in CRM without problems. We were now evaluating Zoho Campaigns App (individually).... I was trying to add the other user in my Zoho Campaing....but i am allways getting the error: This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user If he tries to Add me he got also the same message....what is wrong? How i can solve this? Thanks,

Hello, we love using zoho for our web app, but recently we aren't able to connect to the smtp server we are using the members@9inesports.com account we even tried services like wormly or mxtoolbox to test the smtp server but they can't even connect. Table Alignment and Color Formatting in Campaigns
I have inserted tables into my campaign and the default is a left alignment. The header formats to the left but the four rows below stick to the center. When I click on table, row or cell properties it says these rows are to left but they are not. Also how do I custom color the header from the default pale yellow to a different color? Problem with sign-up form on Internet Explorer IE
The sign-up form for my mailing list works perfectly fine on mozilla firefox, but not on IE (I'm currently working with version 11.0). It won't display captcha (just a white box) and even when I disable captcha it won't take the data and reroute to the URL set up as the response URL. What can I do? Bsaar

I have a Form with existing records, and i want to add a Formula field which shows the time between now and a date in the form. That's pretty straight forward: (Contract_Termination_Date - zoho.currentdate) However, on making this change, all existing records get wiped out - is there a way to avoid this?

Zoho Mail is too slow to receive email!
I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and yahoo to my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours to get the email. I´m using both the phone app and the web interface and it´s the same, my emails are always delayed.
