Zoho Campaigns cannot do Arabic
While there is no problem with non-Western languages in Zoho CRM, Campaigns does not let you create templates and notification emails in Arabic. There simply is no option to set the text direction Right-To-Left. I have asked our supplier, but heard nothing. Also submitted a service request, but again.. heard nothing. Segment is not pulling all tagged contacts
So I am trying to create a segment in campaign that pulls all the contacts with specific tags from CRM. When I create the segment it is only pulling about 80% of the contacts with that specific tag. I have isolated a few contacts that this happening for.

The current identity provider (based on IdentityServer) our organization uses, does not support SAML, but it supports OIDC.
