I keep reading about of a lack of functionality that does not allow a serial number to be added to a sales order. How can we keep a true track of our inventory if we cannot follow a serial number from Receipt, through Sale and on to order fulfilment? This should surely be a basic requirement of any inventory system. When is this due to go live please as we cannot hope to use Zoho as our inventory system without it. Thank you.

Hi there, why have you limited the number of characters for event descriptions out of a sudden? Your calendar event feature has no agenda field, so I used to use Description to put an agenda there. Now with 100 character limit, who in their right mind can put a meaningful agenda? This makes Calendar feature completely useless in my opinion. Please can you revert back to the Description being a free form field with not such a strict character length limit?
