Hi, I have a paid plan. I set up an immediate Sync between Zoho CRM and it works great the first time it syncs all the users. BUT afterwards, if we have new leads being added to Zoho CRM, none of them are transferring over to the campaign (I have waited for more than 6 hours). Is it possible to use SMTP to send email from a Group email address? To clarify: I want to use a Group email address as the "From" address for forwarding submissions made on a custom PHP contact form. I don't want to use an existing or new user's account. I don't want to use the alias of an existing or new user's account.
