CRM Global Search Problem for Products - (solution: manually edit 15,000 records??)
Over the years we have accumulated alot of products that are now INACTIVE. I am unable to delete them as they are attached to quotes which is fine, however they keep showing up in search results which is causing a ton of issues for us. I was given two workarounds... SESSION EXPIRED
I have been having trouble syncing my Outlook plugin calendar with my Zoho Calendar. It has been working fine until the last month. I log-in and then try to sync and I get the message "Your Session is expired, Kindly login again" and I have to force-close Outlook. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug in without any solution. Please help!
