Im sure others have come across this before, when using the mass email action on the right-hand corner of a list view as opposed to manually selecting records, it doesn't default to the current list view on the screen and defaults to All contacts. As such incidences by users of sending emails to the whole database can and have occured.
Can Zoho look to making the mass email action take across the list view, but also add additional measures such as total number of contacts to mass email screen, as well as a kind of double opt in when clicking send to avoid such instances - thankfully it will stop once the daily limit is reached on the account, but still requires later intervention t the contacts that should not have received an email in error due to the mass email function defaulting to all contacts.
Furthermore, the mass email feature I understand can be turned off, but some users need to be able to send to a much smaller batch eg 100-500 contacts so it needs to be enabled on their profile - is there a way of limiting this per user type.
