Can you mix user editions ? For example can the internal staff have the Professional Edition of CRM and have outside customers use the Free Edition, just to look at some of the data ????

Hello, I want to create a Zoho Form that will be accessed inside a Zoho CRM module record with a button. The Zoho Form will allow the user to modify the record in a more pleasant/efficient way than filling all the fields inside Zoho CRM. I easily created this button using the Form's public URL (screenshot 115). The problem is that Zoho CRM lookup fields inside ZOHO CRM don't work when the form is accessed through a public URL. The lookup field is needed so that the forms fields can be auto populated.
