[New] Import from Pipedrive, Hubspot, Increased base limits in API credits and more!

Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce that just one month after Bigin's major milestone, we are back with more updates, that will make your work easier and more efficient.
 
In this post, we will walk you through the new features and recent enhancements that have been added to Bigin. So, without further ado, let us explore the latest updates.
 
Import from HubSpot and Pipedrive
Say goodbye to tedious export and import processed while moving data to Bigin. We have made moving your data from HubSpot and Pipedrive CRM easier in just a couple of steps.
  • Pipedrive: Simply enter the API key in Bigin and the entire import process is carried out in the background. Refer our Import from Pipedrive document for more information.


  • HubSpot: Sign into your HubSpot account from Bigin, and voila! all your data is now imported into your Bigin account. Refer our Import from HubSpot document for more information.

Picklist field enhancements
Picklist field has been one of the most used field type by our customers and we decided to give it an upgrade with much requested enhancements like,
  • Previously, you could add picklist values one by one only. Now, you can type your options in bulk or load pre-defined options like days of the week, time zones, countries etc.,

  • You can sort the picklist options to appear in ascending order by selecting the Show picklist values in Ascending order checkbox.

New templates for Team Pipelines
Templates help you save a lot of time and effort while creating Team Pipelines in Bigin. Since most of our customers prefer creating Team Pipelines through these pre-defined Templates, we have added 11 new templates to cover more use cases.

Increase in base limits of API credits
We are seeing an uptick in API usage amongst our users and hence we've now increased the daily limits for REST APIs. We've increased the API base limit from 5000 credits to 50,000 credits for Express, Premier and Zoho One editions.

New limits for a 24 hour window: (50,000 credits + No. of user licenses x 250). You can have up to 100,000 credits in a 24 hour window irrespective of the user licenses count in your Bigin account.
