Wouldn't that excite you if we told you that you could now summon a virtual assistant in Zoho Mail with just two key strokes? Yes, you heard it right. Mail Assistant in your mailbox will help you in locating a setting, checking in or out, or change the theme, etc. based on your commands.
If you're hesitant to share your email account credentials with your assistant/colleague but still want your emails read and replied to on your behalf, we've got you covered. You can now delegate your mailbox to anyone in your organisation and grant them access to view and reply to emails using your email address or on your behalf.
Who said writer's block occurs only when trying to come up with an article or a blog? Sometimes, it can be challenging to compose an email asking for a pricing quote or an appreciation email. Empathizing with you made us integrate Zia AI with Zoho Mail to assist you with writing an email, auto-suggesting content as you type, and summarizing an email.
The tiresome process of writing a word document, storing it in local storage, then attaching it to an email to share the document has come to an end. By using the Zoho Mail extension in Zoho Writer, you can now draft a document in Writer and send an email with the document attached directly from the Writer interface.
A new report: File activity has been added to WorkDrive reports under the Collaborative Apps section. The admin can view the WorkDrive activities (Create, Upload, Edit, or Download) performed by the users in the organisation, as well as the time and IP address from which the activities are performed, using this report.
The Delegation reports under the Mailbox reports section lists the mailbox delegation status of all the users in your organization.
Rapid meetings help you shorten your meeting duration by altering the default event duration. It helps to add a short buffer between back-to-back meetings by giving you time to take a quick break or prepare for the next meeting.
Call conversion from chatbar
The chatbar in Zoho Cliq has been enhanced with a valuable feature that enables the conversion of one-to-one calls attended from the chatbar into group calls, all without leaving the chatbar interface.
ChatGPT extension v2
After making some significant improvements (mainly focused on security and admin controls) to the ChatGPT extension, we've released a version 2. A few of updates include:
- ChatGPT playground: You can now fine-tune your chat experience by adjusting variables like AI model, randomness, maximum length, etc.
- ChatGPT Widget: With the new widget for ChatGPT, you gain the ability to configure the extension and make changes to the authentication mode and update the token.
- Admins can now assign and distribute tokens purchased by the organization to specific users or groups.
- Better data security: Any data submitted via our APIs will not be used to train or improve OpenAI's models.
- ChatGPT now takes into account the context by passing the last 5 messages to the bot to provide more relevant and contextual responses.
New date and time format
You can now choose which day of the week is displayed at the beginning of your calendar view, so you can prioritize the day that is most relevant to your workweek structure. Additionally, we have introduced the ability to change the time format in your calendar between 12-hour or the 24-hour format.
