• Zoho Backstage Updates
  • You can now create an online event from scratch or convert an onsite event into an online one.
• Zoho Recruit now supports Multiple Call pop-up
  • Let’s hope this rolls out to CRM and Desk ASAP
• Zoho donates $3.25m to fight COVID-19
  • They also have restarted their kitchens, which were used to serve the employees, to distribute 1K meals a day in southern Chennai, and will be extending it to 5000 meals a day in  Chennai, Tenkasi, and Renigunta.

Implementation of the Week

• Automatic generation of Invoices (Books) and Packages (Inventory) on the creation of a Sales Order using Zoho Flow
  • Sales Orders often aren’t necessary for sales flow but are necessary for using the Packages/Shipments functionality of Zoho Inventory
  • This automation automatically creates an Invoice and a Package on the conversion of an Estimate to a Sales Order
  • Package creation can notify the fulfillment team and gets added to Package/Shipment kanban board in Books/Inventory
  • The invoice can be automatically sent to the client or held as a draft for review before delivery

  • Plugs in on top of existing Amazon integration
  • Allows you to define items as FBA in Inventory
  • Syncs data between Amazon and Zoho Inventory to record sales
  • Deprecates stock at Amazon warehouse as sales are made.
• Google Shopping Integration (Beta) with Inventory 
  • Post product listings directly to Google Shopping through the Google Merchant Center
