We’ve rolled out a bunch of updates in Q2, and we’re excited to walk you through them. Here’s a quick look at everything we released in April, May, and June to help you manage your social media presence more effectively.

We've added several new features for Threads to help you create better content and stay connected with your audience. You can now add a location; create polls in your Threads posts; monitor keywords, usernames, and mentions in dedicated Monitor columns; and delete published Threads posts directly from Zoho Social whenever needed.

You can now enhance videos by adding audio directly while publishing. Select tracks from our built-in library or upload your own music, voice-overs, or sound effects to customize content.

Automate your inbox with Assignment Rules. Create custom rules by setting conditions such as social channel, interaction type, keywords, sentiment, or priority, and automatically trigger actions like assigning conversations to team members, sending replies, setting priority, and more, so every message is handled the right way.

You can now mention LinkedIn profiles while composing posts. It's an easy way to credit collaborators, tag partners, or mention influencers to improve visibility and engagement.

Export your scheduled posts, drafts, unpublished content, and posts awaiting approval as a PDF in a single click. It's a simple way to share content plans with clients and teammates.

On June 30, we celebrated World Social Media Day with a fun spin on the viral Jitsu trend. Our team created a Social Media Manager Starter Pack featuring the essentials of the job, including a laptop, analytics tools, a camera, a microphone, and, of course, coffee.
