Looking for advice/best practice: I have 'Lost' as a stage in Deals. Right now, Lost's 'Forecast Category' is 'Omitted.' Should it be changed to 'Closed.'? Also, I have a category for imported Deals (were events in old system) that I feel is making my reporting all wonky because it's still in the 'Open' Forecast Type. I'd like Deals in this stage to remain but just be outside my regular reporting. Is there a way to do that? They're not necessarily Closed Won OR Lost.
emails disapearing from outlook when added to zoho
I am using Outlook with the zoho outlook plug in. Up until afew hours ago, when I added an email to a contact in Zoho using the plug in the email was added in as it shoud be and the orginal remained in my Outlook inbox. The Outlook copy of the email then has a blue tag added. All good. Now, when I add an email into Zoho from Outlook uinsg the plug in the email dispaears completly from Outlook, it is not even in the delted items folder. Why has this starting happening and how can I stop it please?
How do you search a Linking Module?
I have a custom module (CustomModule6) that has a multi-select field related to Vendors. There is a linking module (LinkingModule2). For a particular record in the custom module, how to I get the IDs for the selected Vendors? Setting Formula Fields to Null
I have two formula fields that need to be set to null in certain circumstances. One of those is a Formula (Date) field, and I note that I can set it to null using Newdate(0,0,0,00,00,'AM'). Hey Team, I might have missed this but is there a way to automatically schedule a call when an email from the Deals module is opened. I know we can schedule calls on mass mails. On the email workflow, there is no Deals module, only Leads and Contacts and you can only create a task not schedule a call. Do I need to write a custom function for this? Hello! I have 3 users in Zoho so far, but we only have 2 inboxes in Gsuite because we share inboxes per department (then each one has own alias). I know that there is a limitation of only 1 IMAP account per user on the Zoho CRM + SalesInbox. But now I find that I can not have 2 users connecting through IMAP to the same email address. Why is that? It doesnt make sense, as IMAP can be synced from many devices; why would it be a limitation to have two platforms/users synced with it? Is there a way in

Guys, Maybe I am missing this - but is there a way to set the a wizard as the default interface? It seems now that the only way to get to the wizard is to select it under layout. I would really like to be able to present the wizard screen by default for a specific role/object to the user - so no other steps are needed to get to it. Is this possible? jv
365 uploading emails to CRM
So, I would like to know if there is a way (a better way, we have tried the Nokia Lumia emulator plugin, its terrible) to be able to put selected 365 emails into CRM. So far it seems no, and I don't think I am going to get our IT department to allow us to open up our servers to Zoho, so a plugin or connector would be nice, however last time we tried with the Outlook plugin it was uploading internal emails which we deemed a privacy risk.
Wizard Configuration
When creating the wizard, there is a page title and a segment title; which makes me believe there is the ability to add additional segments (or at least looks that way). But if there is the ability to add additional segments to a page, I'm not finding the way to do it so wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?
