Summing up few columns together with condition
hi in my table i have month value and item code. for a chart I am taking each month sum value for specific item code. But for few Item code I need to add other item code month value too. that is normaly my graph look like this itemcode1 - oct itemcode1 value(sum) for an year - but for some item codes I want to get values like this itemcode2 - oct itemcode2+itemcode2a bothmonthvalues(sum) for an year how can I get this done ? any help

Bar Chart to display 0 value
When using a bar chart, it just shows blank in the corresponding X Axis if the value is zero (0). When you use a line chart, the 0 is displayed. Is it possible that this can also be achieved in the bar chart? Bar Chart: Line Chart:

Hey everyone, I've been trying all sorts of things based on my knowledge in excel formulas, but impossible to get it done because the functions I normally use do not exist in Zoho :( I need to grasp the left part of a string column, after the first character '-' from the right : ex : "PR - SOLID STATE LIGHTING SOURCES - OVERVIEW" I need to grasp "PR - SOLID STATE LIGHTING SOURCES" Any ideas ?
Timespent in Hrs not correct - URGENT!!!
HI Folks - I'm trying to build a time report but running into issues. The "Time Spent in Hours" metric is showing "1 hour" but my StartTime and EndTime metrics only show 30 minutes. What is happening here? How do I get the TimeSpent in Hours to show correctly? Thanks!

Dears, I have a table with data spread in various columns. These data are "industry name" linked to a business opportunity For example: - Line 1 corresponding to business opportunity A, i can have the data "transformers" in column M - Line 2 corresponding to business opportunity B, I could find this same data "transformer" in column N - Line 3, corresponding to business opportunity C, this data "transformer will not appear" but other industry name such as "cable" will appear. User filters rearrange themselves
I have a dashboard with user filters in a logical sequence, bu for some reason, they occasionally rearrange themselves. I go back into the dashboard and Edit Design, and they have indeed rearranged. Anyone know why or how this happens? Or even better stop it from happening? Thanks Steve
User Filters (change 'Unknown')
Hi Team, I have a user filter at the top of my dashboard. The filter is referencing a column that has three values (Yes, No, and blank value). The blank value is actually empty not text saying blank value. The user filter provides a choice of Yes, No, and Unknown. How can I change the user filter from Unknown to say 'Not yet filled in', or Blank? The word Unknown is confusing and reduces the users trust in the data. Thanks Steve

if Function for setting a Status with 1
Hello I have in the ZOHO CRM a status with different names ( "A - Lead Nurturing" or "Lead Nurturing beendet"). Now I wanna make a dashboard to know, how many leads have the status "A - Lead Nurturing" or "Lead Nurturing beendet". I need the formula in a pivot table, to write in the line, if the status is "A - Lead Nurturing" a number 1. If in Column "Status" is "A - Lead Nurturing" write in new cell "1" Thanks for help.
Email Address in Query Table
I have a table in Zoho Analytics with the Primary Contact's Email Address as one of the fields. I get an error when attempting to change that column's data type to "E-mail"...the error I have also attempted to change my query to concatenate the field into a "mailto:" link using the URL data type. However, the "mailto:me@gmail.com" URL directs me to the gmail.com website instead of my local default email application. Show only before today
I have a widget that counts rows of data. I want to have a filter based upon a status and also a date filter that will only show data from before Today. These are filters on the widget. Is this possible? I can add the date filter but can't see something that gives the option of less than today. Thanks Steve
How can I display the last date time the data was imported
I would like to have a widget on the dashboard that displays the last time the data was updated or imported. I am running on-premise and have a scheduled import to run every hour. I could create a formula column in my data table and have it update to something like Now() to calculate the date and time the data was updated. But this actually refreshes on the widget to display Now. Let's say the import engine stopped for a few hours or days, the widget should pick up the last time the data was updated
Bar with line sort on Y-value descesding and line as a % sum of running total (Pareto)
When i go from bar chart to Combo chart i cant sort on Y-value descesding, but only on x axis. Is there a way to change this? Also i add the line as a sum running total - but can i do this as a running total % ?

Add option to select all modules and fields when importing data
When you want to add all modules and fields it takes a lot of manual clicking to add everything depending on different data sources. The example below if for Zoho Finance which involves a lot of modules and fields. Please consider adding a checkbox or some other way off selecting all modules and fields at once. Allow us to Embed KPI Widgets on my website
I am embedding reports directly on my website to create an admin analytics page which is awesome... but it is very difficult to show KPI widgets on my site. I tried creating a dashboard of KPIs and then embed the dashboard, but I can't get it to look the way I want. Can we get a way to embed KPI widgets like we can embed reports?
