selecting multiple criteria on User Filter

selecting multiple criteria on User Filter

Hello.
I've created query that combines 3 or more tables
and added several user filters to ease my searching in future.
Now I'm using these filters to extract a certain set of data.
The thing is.. I have like more than 20 to 40 criteria that I need to select on user filter in order to extract one set of data that I need. So, whenever I need to search anything, I am selecting all of these 20 to 40 criteria one by one all the time. which drives me crazy when I accidentally click on outside of filter box and clears all the criteria that i've selected.

Is there anyway that I can just type in all the criteria all together and the filter just recognizes each criteria, so that I don't have to select them one by one? I've tried comma(,), slash(/), space( ), and etc. Nothing seems to work so far.
