Importing a cvs file located on a Google Drive folder
We daily export a file from our company software that we later upload on Zoho Reports. Because these two actions are not performed by the same person, we have create a folder in Google Drive, where the file should be upload daily replacing the one from the previous day (The file's name is always the same). We will like to set the import to Zoho Reports automatically at an specific time of the day but we are getting error.
Decoding JSON objects inside CSV files
Hi I have JSON objects inside my CSV files but when I upload them to Zoho it doesn't decode the JSON formatted columns. Is there a way Zoho can do this inside the CVS files? or would it work if i uploaded the files straight from the database? Cheers

Drill Down Not An Option on all Columns
Please could you advise why drill down options are not available on all columns. For example I have a column called Measurement Year which has the datatype of positive number because the form that it comes in from does not classify it as a date. Why could this not be on a drill down path?

Timesheet Report that includes Closed Tasks/Projects
I run a labor report each month that includes all of the time that we've spent on our projects. We log our time in Zoho Projects and then I use Zoho Reports to pull the time for each month. I've noticed that if a task or project is closed/archived, it will not include that information on my report. Is there a way to filter the information so that the timesheet report will show time on closed tasks and archived projects as well?
Limit to three query over query tables
Can you explain how the Query over Query Tables levels are calculated in producing this error? "The above query cannot be saved, a maximum of 3 levels of Query over Query tables only allowed." I have a ZohoCRM Opportunities table, a Query Table that pulls daily sales for business line 1, a Query Table that pulls daily sales for business line 2 and then a Query table that JOINS those two business lines to a fixed Projections table. I would like to be able to format rows on a tabular report based on that contents of a single column. So, if a list of open Potentials has a "Created on" Date, I'd like to color code the whole row for that potential based on how many days it has been open. I can see how to do it for individual cells, but I'd like the whole row to be colored.
Graphing Cumulative Sales vs. Projections
I would like to show our cumulative sales over the course of the fiscal year against a projection for the full year. I've created a Query Table against two tables with a LEFT JOIN on the date: (1) a projections table with 366 rows (one for each day) and columns for the sales projection for that day and a running total projection. (2) a sales table, showing total sales for each day. The table looks as I would expect, with all dates having a projected sales value but many dates have empty sales.

Pivot Groups Row Data into batches
Hello, I have a pivot that shows all orders placed for a particular time period. The Report automatically combines the Order ID rows into groups, e.g. Order ID 100-200, when I want it to actually show the value, 100, 101, 102, etc. If I click view underlying data, it has the actual value, but I need it to be itemized on the pivot itself.

Zoho Upload Tool error
New to zoho and trying to use upload tool to load data from sql server to zoho reports. Keep getting a "data is empt" error. Not sure what this means in the context of the tool.The log seems to show data is read and compressed to create a file. First, I know enough about how this stuff (i.e. code) works to get me into trouble. I know that I can set up a JSON feed that makes certain data from my industry-specific database software available in real-time. Not Able to View Underlying Data

Updating tables with console tool that have different matching columns
Hi, we are starting to use the console update tool (CSVUploadConsole.bat) to upload CSV files/data to our tables. We need to update 3 different tables with different matching columns. There it is only one common_params.conf file where the ZOHO_MATCHING_COLUMNS must be defined, but this will work only for one table, and the other two tables have different matching columns. How can we define different matching columns for different tables? Since apparently it is not possible to add as a parameter

I am importing from zoho creator into reports, and my Added Time column is not coming in, even though I have set the date format, it greys out the ability to change the import format to DATE, I have two other date columns which are importing fine, but these don't include time, just date.

We have a database in Reports which contains monthly data for investments each of which has a unique identifier. This data is classified into different sectors, which we then analyse within Reports. Till now you could set column formatting only in the Tables in which these columns are part of which was just inherited to every report that was created involving these columns. Summarising Data
I have file in which I am trying to summarise the % allocated to each country. Most of the countries have distinct % allocations but for some reason a number of Countries have double entries and I can't work out when I use a summary table or a pivot table why the system is splitting some Country allocations into two.
Does Zoho Reports AUTOMATICÅLLY delete views when custom columns are changed?
We made a few changes to custom columns in our Contacts table in the CRM yesterday. All seemed fine. This morning when I went to continue working on the queries, it shows that MOST of my queries have been deleted. I suspect this has to do with the fact that the deleted columns are in these queries. But now I can't even open them, restore them, view the design. I had no warnings when changing the columns that this would DELETE related queries/views. Please advise. Or please work with us to restore.

I want a "<< previous" and "next >>" buttons on date range selectors
I find that I often want to quickly navigate to the next or previous month/quarter/year when I'm filtering by date range. Using the drop-down selector to choose the next or previous range is a pain. I want "<< previous" and "next >>" buttons that will decrement/increment the range selector. Any way to do this?
Paged Report Dashboards
We love almost everything about this service. However, we still have to create reports that go to stakeholders by hand in powerpoint or google presentations. Its a laborious copy and paste exercise of screenshots from zoho charts and dashboards and pasted into another medium that adds no value. I'd like to see another concept on zoho that supports a paged report idea. A grouping of dashboards with fixed width and heights (page layouts) that can be reordered, etc., exported to a pdf and emailed automatically
Unconsistency between Zoho CRM and Zoho Reports
Hi, we upgrade today from free to standard Zoho Reports plan. Unfortunately data are not consistent between those two tools. For example we do have 794 deals on Zoho CRM but only 759 on Zoho Reports.
