Hi all, I want to create a dashboard, that includes several metrics and then compare the average value of those metrics against predefined targets. Im not so much interested in having charts in the scorecard, want i want is to structure a set of metrics around our strategic objectives, and then compare the actual values against the target. Adding Javascript to Dashboards
I have hit a brick wall and I seem to need Javascript, but can't see how I can get it to work. I want to try and overcome the limitation of the dashboard feature that you can't filter all reports in a dashboard from a single filter option. I need this function. I looked at adding a form on my HTML page which adds in the appropriate CRITERIA code into a URL like so ... &ZOHO_CRITERIA="YearMonth"='201005' But this won't work as the Dashboard is inside an IFRAME. Linked Dashboards
I want to create a multi level dashboard for my users. Right now I can create a kind of two level dashboard - as optionally - its possible to go from a chart to its underlying data. But lets say I had a pie chart which shows the sales by all regions. I want to be able to click on any region (say Europe) and go to a new dashboard which has the right data. What I need is the ability to apply a link to the pie chart pieces to make it work.
Amount convertion between Invoice and Zoho Reports

For some reason when I'm publishing a URL / Permalink for this view, it no longer gives me the option to allow for link access without login. And now, my charts are no longer showing up in my dashboard created where it calls the individual charts through a www frame. Can you help me? Thanks, Jamie

User Filters
I have created a chart that shows the TOP FIVE KEYWORDS for a SEM campaign by click. No problem to do this, and the chart looks great. However, other fields in the database include "Campaign" and "Ad Group" and I would like to allow the user to select the "campaign" and "ad group" to see the TOP FIVE KEYWORDS by each combination. Export Chart as Image without ToolBar
Hi, I want to display my chart embedded on my WebSite and give possibility to export it as Image, however I only get it if I set Display Toolbar = True on publish options. The problem is: When Toolbar is visible the user can change chart type. I don't want this. I know that exists the option to publish as an image, but If I do this, I lose interactivity on chart. How Can I do it ?
Reports causing mass duplication
I am simply trying to run a query on our existing accounts with the following columns: Account Name Status Account Size Support Level DSM Status Account Person When I generate this report it's taking my 1101 clients and saying there are 1950 clients. When I look at the report, a bunch of the clients are listed more than one time (sometimes up to 6). What am I doing wrong that's generating all these duplicates? I went into the accounts section and none of these accounts are listed twice.

I want to create a column that will contain a phone number in a format like this: (406) 656-3311 is there any way to enforce this format on data entered into the column? Also, Can I limit the amount of characters allowed in a column entry somehow?

Howdy, I imported all of my data for a week's worth of reporting and it all imported into campaign performance, however none of the charts are showing anything. Do I have to specify that I want these days and not a MONTH period, if so how do I do that. Cheers ANdrew
Query Table Deactivated
When trying to use a query table I am seeing the following error: This query table is deactivated and cannot be saved or refreshed. Kindly Upgrade your plan to create and use more query tables This is in a database that had been downgraded to a free account and all previous tables etc deleted. Convert Text String (Date Info) into Date Values
We have a number of reports where the data is coming from web input and is slated to be scheduled "daily" As such changing the Datatype of the field from Plain Text to Date would cause the scheduled "fetch" to remove the Date Values. Limited number of records displaying on me iframe

I have made a database with several records (about 20) however when I load the iframe on my website, I can only see 9 entries. Changing user roles + backups
How do I change the role of a user? If I click on "User" I get "No database objects (tables or reports) shared to this user". I need to assign another user as database owner/admin. I also upgraded to the Standard Account which provides Backups. When I go to Backups, it says "No Backup available." Why's that? thanks
Changing admin in reports
Is it possible to change the admin in Reports? I want to assign this to another employee and have the existing admin setup another account. Unfortunately cannot create a new account as long as that email address is already assigned as the admin in the current account.

Delay to populate User's Filters droplist
Dear Support We need your urgently help. We are experienced a terrible delay when user's filters droplist is clicked. I've already done a Zoho Meeting with support and showed to them the delay. "This Year" and/or "This Year to Last Month" Filter
Hi, I am attempting to create a year to last month report. While I see pre-built relative filters for "This Quarter", "This Month" and "Last Quarter" and "Last Month" etc. I don't see a pre-built filter for either "This Year" or "This Year to Last Month" or a way to create a relative filter to accomplish this.
