New String Value Column
Hello, I am trying to create a custom formula in Zoho Reports. I have a column with multiple string values with true and false. Column: Isclosed String Value is: "true" "false" I want 2 new columns to display: Open "true" & closed "false". what would the custom formula look like? Replace a table in views
I had a table that I used to test a bunch of queries and views. I then created a new table with real data. Is there a way to associate the view to the new table (fields are the same) without rebuilding? I can do it for custom queries where the SQL is coded by simply replacing the table, but I did not find a way to do it for views as these use the drag and drop functionality. Any help ? Thanks
Integrate data from Zoho Reports into Zoho CRM?
I have used Zoho Reports for over a year for advanced business analytics. The recent announcement of your integration of Zoho Reports with Zoho CRM makes me want to try Zoho CRM, since we already have Customer details, Sales details in a database in Zoho Reports, is it possible to sync this into Zoho CRM? Column Headers - Orientation of Text
Could you please advise me whether the column header text can be changed from horizontal to vertical? I have a report with too many columns to fit on one screen, but only because the column header texts are too long (I can't make them any shorter). The data in the columns are numbers, fixed to 2 dec places and with a maximum of 5 characters.
Copy Featured Samples into existing Profile

Upload Tool and UPDATE query with condition for .CSV
Dear team, We want to use the Upload Tool to update a table in Zoho Reports. The source of the data is a .CSV file which is going to be generated by a third party application. Problems Uploading from Sybase 10.0.1.xxxx
I am testing the upload tool for a single table, and I am getting the following error: Invalid Packet Type 0x10 (Error Log Attached). Also my Sybase Console windows show after the upload connection: Connection terminated abnormally Disconnected TCPIP client's AppInfo: HOST=XENSB1;PID=00000123;EXE=jTDS Any Ideas? Thanks!!
Zoho Reports service unresponsive - effectively down
Look at the average response time for Zoho Reports starting at around 5PM PDT - there is a problem. 1 minute to login, over 5 - 10 minutes to open a database, sometimes it never opens. The service is effectively down and has been for over 4 hours. Please help

I am having a problem with a percentage number (100%) being converted to (1%) when uploading from an access database into my zoho table using the upload tool. The way I have this set up is that users update a xls spreadsheet, the xls is linked into an Access db, then with the upload tool I update the zoho table. When I look at the data in Access it is formated correctly. If I manually upload it from the xls it works fine. Please advise Abel Melchiore

Problem With Importing SQL Data
I have setup the import tool and have successfully imported most of my tables & data. From my research, the data is first streamed into the temp directory as comma delimited files - as opposed to strings also being enclosed in double quotes " ". Here are some problems: 1) On the Comments field, the data comes in as net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.ClobImpl@1c8ef56, as opposed to the actual data 2) One table does not come in at all - error: exceeds the maximum length. Maximum allowed column length is 100
Scheduled Export Didn't Work
Greetings: I have a scheduled export going out on Sunday mornings at 10 GMT. The recipients tell me they didn't receive it this weekend. Since there are 8 recipients, they are in two separate lists. Made report one day, went to go acces the next day and it would not allow me access it. This is what it showed when I tried to click on it: View/Table is not present in the database 1. Sending email based on SQL query
Hi, I was wondering if there was support somewhere in Zoho for sending emails based on results from an SQL query. I have a query that returns all deliverables in a project that are late. I would want to send a reminder to all people responsible for these deliverables. Right now the solution is to look at the table and use external email, so I was curious about possible support for automation, either inside Reports or if you combine it with other Zoho parts.

Characters Allowed in Conditional Formatting
Greetings: I'm trying to apply conditional formatting to a column so that names are always entered "LastName, FirstName". (Last Name, Comma, Space, First Name) I created a conditional formatting rule for the column to turn the text red and and the background yellow if a cell Does Not Contain ", ". (That is a comma followed by a space.) This doesn't work. When I go back to look at the rule, the space after the comma has been discarded. Summary sorting is messed up

Problem importing date field from mysql from upload tool (Zoho Reports)
I have several date fields in MySql (stored as BIGINT) as time in milliseconds. When I try to upload these tables using the upload tool, I see the date fields get stored as 0s in the Zoho tables and I see corresponding errors in the log file saying that the date fields are invalid. However, when I look at the intermediary csv files created by the upload tool, I do see that the date columns have the right value. Name of Chart indicators change depending on the function used
Hi, I have an issue with the charts that I hope somebody can help me with. Whenever I use SUM in creating a bar chart with my indicators, I get the word TOTAL added to the beginning of my indicators which changes the meaning altogether. Is there a way to remove or disable this? Thank you!
Using Bar Charts: Selecting SUM adds the word "Total" to the beginning of an indicator

Microsoft Access upload to Zoho Reports
I've been attempting to configure the upload tool to import some MS Access tables into Zoho Reports. However, when I click on the "UploadFromDB.bat" file, it immediately quits. No log file is created. I've gone through the wiki article on how to set it up but am having no luck. Does anybody have an example of the configuration file setups? Zoho Report Number of Rows Shown (wasted "screen estate" )
Hi When Viewing a report Zoho only shows a 16 or so rows and at least a Quarter of my screen is being unused wasted "screen estate" Just makes it hard to look at a report with many rows and yes i end up having to scroll (does zoho own shares in a scrolling company ??) Bar graph
I have a chart and one bar has a total of 300. When I create the graph the total goes on increments of 20 which is great so the chart is not so big. But when I go to view the graph within the application it goes in increments of 2 and then makes the graph to big to view. Now i have to scroll down so much. How can I keep it at the amount of increments I choose. Thank you.
