iPad - Not Getting Previews
Hi, I just started using the iPad to view my Zoho Reports from Servicedesk. Unfortunately when I view any screen on my iPad I am not seeing any previews. Not on the 'My Databases' screen or drilling into the databases. Any ideas? Thanks,
Uploadtool: Query Problem
Dear Experts. I’m trying to add a new Query from my SAP business one Database to Zoho reports using uploadtool, but when I add following query to database_sql_queries file (as I always do), then Zoho doesn´t upload any data. So far these features were only available for a single report. Now you can export or email multiple views as a single zipped HTML file by clicking Export -> Export Multiple Views -> As HTML (ZIP). Lead/Potential Source Analysis
Is there a way of tracking the source of a lead right from initial lead generation through to sale? And visually showing this in a graph? For example 10 leads from google search 20 leads from event 5 google were converted to potential 11 event leads were converted to potential 3 google leads resulted in job 5 event leads resulted in job I seem to loose data when lead is converted into potential and finding it hard to track. Also seems as if there is a lag and it doesn't update all data?
Can not upload from MYSQL using upload tool
Hello, I know this is a common issue so I have looked through the other posts about this but no luck with my specific issue. I am trying to upload from a local mysql instance into zoho using the UploadFromDB .bat file. I have edited all 3 of the configuartion files and made sure that the parameters are correct. I have tried both running the .bat directly and tried running it from the command prompt. On cmd I get the below attached error. Please review if you can and provide some insight. Also
Wrapping SQL Query Error text
When building a new query in Reports, I've notice that you now helpfully produce some suggestions to fix the query when there's an error. But in Chrome at least, this text does not wrap inside the window. Anyway to force it to do that? It would make it much easier to take advantage of this assistance.
Append Records to Existing Data
I have a database which includes: SALE DATE, ITEM CODE, END CLIENT. The END CLIENT field is currently empty. I have a excel sheet on my PC which lists all ITEM CODEs and who the END CLIENT is. I attempted to update all records in Zoho Reports with the END CLIENT name, hoping it would match the ITEM CODE. Unfortunately, it simply added all the records at the end. There are duplicates of ITEM CODE in my database because they are purchased multiple times and have different SALE DATEs. How can I map

Wrap Text in description column for dashboard PDF export
I'm creating a report using a combination of dashboard and a tabulated report. Reason for this being that when I export the tabulated report the column widths are the same size, therefore the column with descriptions in it is quite thin and squashed. However if I create a dashboard, insert the report and then export as a PDF there is an option to use proportionate widths, which works great. However when I export the dashboard report to PDF the text in the descriptions column does not wrap do words

How to add custom formula?
I am currently using ZOHO Reports, and would like to add a custom formula. I tried following these instructions in the FAQ (https://www.zoho.com/reports/help/table/add-formulas.html#Custom_Formula), but don't seem to be able to find the 'Add' button in the first place. Please advise, thank you.

My company's main software platform provides revenue and customer reports in the form of PDF, Exel, or XML, but the report formats do not provide any flexilbity for producing a management report that would compare YTD and monthly data this year vs last year. In order to obtain the data I need for my desired management report. I am currently running 30 to 40 reports each month, and I save them as PDF files, then i type in the required data into an Excel spreadsheet that serves as my management report.

Zoho Reports - New Tabular View does not show panel with tables and fields
I have two tables with an auto-join relationship between them. When I click on New Chart View, the tables/fields panel appears on the left for the two tables to enable me to create a chart with fields from both tables. But when I click on New Tabular View, there is no tables/fields panel displayed on the left. I want to create a tabular view with some fields from each table.
