I have 3 database owners and am trying to add a 4th I get a box come up saying: Sorry, you cannot share to a new user. Your plan limit allows you to have only 5 users. Kindly Upgrade your plan to share to more users. please rectify urgently

Exporting and Sharing Dashboards
I am the admin for our application and have created many reports and dashboards. All of my users can export these files if they desire. However, if any user creates a dashboard, they do not have an option to export. In terms of sharing, they can only share to the whole database group. If they just build their own report though, these problems do not exist as they can share at the individual level and can export. Why is there a difference for the dashboards?

How to utilize an existing matrix data set with Zoho Reports
Hello My company's budget is currently captured in an excel spreadsheet relating estimated or budgeted expenditures by various categories (column) across future dates (ie many columns). I would like to use Zoho to report on this data set summing and analyzing by not only the categories but also by date. As the data is already in a matrix and not database format ie one row per datapoint, how can I modify or use the Report tool to accomplish my reporting needs? Thanks for any advice you can provide

Problem with google drive document update
Hi Congrats for this great tool ! Once my problem will be solved, I will be so happy to work with it ! I have created a table fetched from a .csv file stored in googe drive. This is OK When I update the document in G Drive and I ask zoho report to refetch the document (Import/refetch...) It fetches the old version of the csv file ! I have tried to delete the csv file in g drive and zoho report still manages to fetch it... Is there any known glitch the could cause this ? Thank you !

Unable to import google drive doc
I'm unable to import any data via google drive. When I choose import and then browse to look at files in my google drive, no google docs are shown and the message "fetching google documents ... Enabling ALL columns for accessing underlying data when sharing reports with DB Group
Hoping someone can help me! When sharing views to the DB Group, I want to enable access ALL underlying data columns. However, I cannot see an option for doing this for ALL tables / reports in a DB at once. Instead, I have to (for EACH report): Select the report Select Share Select "Share Views to Database Group" Select "View Underlying Data" Select "Change Columns" Select all columns Select "Share" So this is 7 clicks PER report, which is really time consuming when creating DB's with 20+ reports.
Joining data from multiple query tables
Hi there, We've had to create multiple query tables to get around Zoho's inability to support multiple select statements in the same query. These are working fine, but we want to now join all five of the data tables so we can show the data from all five in one report. All five query tables only have one row and two columns (date and total columns) - we just want to include this row from each in a single report. Appreciate any advice on how to do this.

BUG in JSON Exporter - Unnecessary escaping of single-quote producing invalid JSON data
I am trying to export data from one of tables using the JSON exporter... I've found that Zoho Reports exporting is escaping single-quote characters. e.g. the export produces output like this... "today\'s" but based on the JSON Spec... http://www.json.org Go to state machine diagram for string you'll see that a single-quote does not need to be escaped (i.e. no slash \ ) The JSON as it is is produced by Zoho Reports, fails validation. Hi See attached image - i have a graph - some of the items in the legends have quite long names and when i export to an image these names are shortened to the top 13 options and the first 23 or so characters with dots..... Is there anyway I can produce a full legend without any of the information missing. I think that would mean giving the legend more space and the pie chart less space.

Hi, I have a Zoho reports database where I import data via APS from multiple sources. For each row, I need to have an unique row ID which is +1 from the previous row. On excel I could simply create a formula like B1=(A1+1) but I can't seem to do that on Zoho. Any ideas? Cheers, Ian
Pie chart label text truncated
Hi, I created a pie chart and added it to a dashboard. In both cases, the data labels for the pie chart truncates the values when viewing via web. Is there a way to make sure the values are not truncated? Also, if I export to dashboard the following happens: 1. The location of the label for each chart is different to viewing the dashboard on the web. 2. The label title does not show in the PDF. I have attached two documents for you to visualize the issue I am describing. Are these known issues? Thanks

Attempting to use the right() string function to remove the front end text from the data in a field. The data is represented as "SRF-123456" with unique values for each entry. I want the column to only display the numbers. I have not had any success using the right() formula. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Brent

Inversion of Y-Axis labels
Hello, im running into an problem whenever I view a chart in dashboard. When I created a chart the Y-axis (which has a scoring system of A,B,C,D,E) was initially descending but i was able to change this to ascending using the button next to the chart. however, when i add this chart to a dashboard and filter, the results that are produced flip around and are descending again (i.e. the worst score of E is at the top). Hello, Why the table has a configuration of rounding and the graphs another? See this example that uses the same data source and filters: Table total number: R$2.382.224 Same filters, but has a graph: R$2.382.218 When I change decimal config to 2 decimals in the column from data source table, they match! Zoho CRM & Zoho Reports
We are using Zoho reports to create some custom function dashboards from our CRM data. When the Zoho CRM data is automatically extracted and presented in Zoho reports the email (that we mostly populate from our Outlook integration) is not pulled through. To get around this we have manually exported the email history from Zoho CRM and then imported the table into Zoho reports. This is a manual process that I'd like to do automatically on a daily basis. What is the best way to achieve this?
