Dashboard: Revenue overview of online marketing campaigns with flighting
Hi, I would like to ask you for help. We are an online marketing agency setting up our sales CRM on Zoho. For a proper tracking I need a report showing me the standard amount of campaigns sold by our sales reps (expected, or closed), but the revenue/sales amount needs to be allocated according to the flight/delivery dates of a campaign. e.g. campaign for a brand is sold at March 13th, but is going to be delivered from April 1st to May 31st. Then I would like to have the revenue allocated accordingly
Zoho Reports CRM data
We are exporting from Zoho CRM to Zoho Reports on a daily basis to create some custom dashboards We wanted to include email activity, which is mostly imported from outlook add in. As the email activity isn't imported as a default we have exported it manually as a csv and then imported it as a new table. Is there any way to automate this process? Only need a 24 hour update.

How to plot average of something data graph
I have a data which these fields for a month - Month - Country - Total of Something - User count - Avg (calculated as total of something/user count) While plotting graphs for a month, I want to show Avg. It works if I only show for particular country as the Avg is calculate that way. But when I want to show it for all countries I have to use Avg of Avg which is wrong calculation. Multipe date format during CSV data import
Hi, I tried to import a CSV data file (can apply to MS Excel data files as well) where there are two date columns but different date formats. One column had the dates formatted as "dd/mm/yyyy" while another column had the dates formatted as "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss". When importing into Zoho, you can select a date format that translates any input column that meets the date format as a date data type. However, this would apply to one of the columns as it has data formatted as per Zoho date format specification

hey, we are a online agency selling campaigns, which start in the future and last for a couple of weeks or months. e.g. campaign sold 1st march campaign duration 1st april - 1st july. Graph size modifying by itself in dashboards
Hello, I notice that my graph's sizes modify by itself from time to time when inserted in dashboards (always to a smaller size). The only thing that I do is add data in the data table that feed these graphs. But sometimes I input some data, as always, and the graph size doesn't modify. We are evaluating Zoho Reports for use in our company. The functionality seems very promising However we experience problems with uploading from either an Access-database or csv-files. Almost 2 weeks back we have sent a support-question to you - maybe there was a system error because also my forum post from the same day seems to be lost. We do not manage to upload from a database - we get errors where we are asked to send in the log for support. With csv there is an import but the data is incorrect.

I have reports and creator synchronising correctly - but if i add an extra column in reports (custom column) because i need to do some calculations - will that cause the synchronisation to fail because table structure has changed or am i better off having a default table for synchronisation purposes and then defining a 2nd table to allow manipulation within reports?

I'm looking to hide an entire row of data if the project was completed before a certain date. For example, if I want the report (just a standard table report) to hide the entire row of data if the item was completed 1 month ago or order. If I export a dashboard (containing a pivot report) to a html file, there are no scroll bars - it expands to the length it needs. But this is a manual process. Can I embed a dashboard into a webpage so that it expands to the space it needs. This would then be automatically updated and viewable easily on a tablet. This would make zoho reports very powerful.
Need to filter running total in date range without changing the overall total
I set up a running total column in pivot view with date range and agent filters to show their pay for a certain pay period. The running total shows only the totals for the that period and excludes the overall balance of their pay from their starting date. I know I can export the overall pay view for all entries and export them to excel to filter the solid data by date range, but I'm trying to keep the process simple for the office manager to run a payroll without too much configuration. Please advise.
Create a churn percentage chart
I'm looking to create a chart that shows our monthly churn percentage. I've attached two charts I'm able to create, one showing a running total of contact records - the other, showing monthly cancellations. We need to see the percentage of cancellations-to-running total for each month. For example, looking at the two attached graphs: Jan 2014 there are 16 cancellations, and 430 total contacts, so the churn rate would be 16/430 or 3.7% In Dec, there were 9 cancelations and 395 total contacts, so
