Zoho Reports - Can I embed a long dashboard without scroollbars?
If I export a dashboard to a html file, there are no scroll bars - it expands to the length it needs. But this is a manual process. Can I embed a dashboard into a webpage so that it expands to the space it needs. This would then be automatically updated and viewable easily on a tablet. This would make zoho reports very powerful.
Deleted leads in ZohoCRM stays in Zoho Reports
I use the advanced reporting feature in ZohoCRM. I've some deleted leads in Zoho CRM and these are still in Zoho Reports. I need to have deleted records deleted also in Zoho Reports during the synchronisation. Thank you for your help,
Issue sorting date field on underlying data
Hi, My MM-dd-yyyy date fields do not sort properly for Underlying Data tables in a report. On the main table, there is no problem with the sort. I have formatted the field to use MM-dd-yyyy date format. Here's a screenshot of what I see when I sort by date on Underlying Data fields. Everything is sorted by day of month, so I see all entries from the 31st of each month, then the 30th, then the 29th, etc.
Find percentage of leads that have phone number and email present
Hello, I need to show a graph. On the x-axis, I need the lead owner. On the y-axis, I need to show the percentage of that person's leads whom have a phone and email listed with the lead. How do I do this? So for example, we will have "20% of Greg's leads have phone and email details listed"
When exporting, it is removing the 0's at the start of a #.
I am trying to export a list of serial #'s which a few start with 0 example: 0987654321 But once I export it, to excel sheet, it will show up as 987654321 removing the 0 form the start of the #. Is there a way to bypass this?
Zoho Reports Upload from DB Java Exception
As of last night, our zoho reports upload from DB feature stopped working. Log shows we are able to log in to zoho, the csv is generated fine, and is uploaded to zoho, but then it throws an exception when Zoho is added the rows - even with a really simple (new) test table. I have tried installing zoho upload tool on a new machine and get the same problem. Need help importing CSV data.
My company would like to use ZOHO Reports for reporting. We have daily files to import that can contain up to 7500 records. The daily file is a CSV file. We only need 12 of the 40+ fields for this file. I know how to select which fields I need. We have been using Excel but it is too cumbersome to do the reports needed on a weekly basis. Excel does convert the data very easily. I have 4 fields that are giving me a challenge... Date field... the CSV file only contains the month and day. "MMM DD" format.
Add multiple different sections to a report
Hi, I would like to create a report that features multiple different charts and tables from different datasets. For example, I want this one report to show me details about my contacts as well as details about my leads. Is there a way to add different sections to a report or do I need to make individual reports?
Reports: The "GROUPING" feature does not work properly with "Ascending or Descending"
The Grouping module does now work properly when using the Ascending or Descending fields. I am summarizing the following three fields: Account Type Account Name Probability % The first two columns Account Type & Account Name group correctly but the Probability % with the "SORT ORDER" is not working correctly. Google ReFetch and import not working
We lost connection with google this afternoon at around 4-5 pm CST with REPORTS. I have noticed some new dialog on the google import of "new google sheets" also. Maybe while updating the new google sheets you invited a bug into the re-fetch routine. Re-fetch will spin and spin and then just disappear. When I try to re-import the table it say's that table is empty. I just got this all ready to show the owners my reports tonight and now no data. (: Thank You, Rich

Average number of families per household
I have a dataset that has: Household ID - unique for each household Family ID - unique for each household One household can house multiple families. I cant to get the average number of families per household in a chart / grap or whatever method i can do it in :) I've been struggling and have no idea how to do it?
Getting "Object Not Found in Database" When Clicking "Advanced CRM" Link After Upgrade
Dear Zoho Support Staff, I recently upgraded ZOHO reports to standard in order to take advantage of "Advanced CRM Analytics" functionality. However, when I click the "Advanced CRM Analytics" link, I get this error message (and nothing else): "Object Not Found in Database". See screenshot as well. I previously did the trial, but canceled it. At the time the tool worked, but I did not have enough data. I suspect this error is somehow related to my having signed up before and canceled. Please Help!
Remembering columns in reports and export these reports
I have a problem. I need to do export a report with columns which itself has chose, but unfortunately I am not able to remember those selected columns so as to not having to do them again. How to do it. I searched the whole zoho and I did not find any way to memorize. Besides, when I want to do export I can not do it with these columns what i previously chose only zoho changing them on your own. In conclusion I want to be able to remember my column, then memorized these columns do export
Table using data from defined lookup
I created a lookup described in the helpdesk article, by doing a lookup on the ID's. When i create charts, it works perfectly, and i can see all related forms. But how do i create a table displaying data from 2 or more lookup tables? Whenever i click New Report > Table, I'm asked to choose a table, and i can only see the columns from that table?
Show only one line in Table
Dear Sir; How can I manage to show a table data ONLY when the number of lines are only one?? Note: I need to do this and keep the functionality of the filters. In resume: I have a table with some filters and I need to show data ONLY if the number of lines are equal to 1. User Management in Zoho Reports

Pivot Table: Call "DESCRIPTION" Missing
Why can't I see the field DESCRIPTION under the Calls table? Is this located under a different table? I have tried to use the "SEARCH TABLES/REPORTS" feature but nothing queries for this table. Thanks.

Contact lookup fields not syncing from CRM to reports
Hello, we use Zoho CRM Advanced analytics in Zoho Reports. We use the standard Contact lookup type field in Potentials in Zoho CRM, but this field does not sync to Zoho Reports, the column is not shown at all. I need that column to be synced. Show last 30 days in Date Range selector
Hi I want to show data for the last 30 days as default. I can achieve this with the "Relative Period" date picker, but then I lose the ability to pick exact date. Any solution to this?
