Unattended Support?
Is there a way to initiate a support session WITHOUT a user on the other end selecting an OK button? I want to provide support and updates after hours on machines, and was wondering if there was a way to have the end user "authorize" me to do so.
Mutiple Monitors
Are there any plans for multiple monitor use in Zoho Assist Unatteded Access? I have clients that have multiple monitors. I would like to view both their screens at the same time.

Remote Computer Screen Resolution
We have been using GotoAssist for quite some time are are considering moving to ZohoAssist. I immediately see a problem with the remote screen resolution. When we connect to an unattended computer via GotoAssist the screen resolution will match the GotoAssist window size on our technician workstation when the session starts. For example I will get a remote screen on 1920x1080 if I have the window in full screen mode, or perhaps 1297x769 if I started the session from a non-maximized window.
Screen shots can saved in Zoho projects ?
Hie, When we take Screenshots in Running Screen Sharing session at that time is it possible to somehow that Screenshot will saved in to the Zoho Projects directly and attached with the running project . if yes then please tell how can we achieve this ? Thank you in Advance.
MAJOR MAC BUG!!! UNINSTALL RIGHT AWAY!
two of our computers just went on a crazy reboot loop. we couldnt figure it out and kept tryihng to boot in to safe mode to figure out what was causing it. finally uninstalling the unattended zoho assist app resolved the issue and our mac was able to boot up properly. now im scared but have to check all our clients computers and see if they are going through the same issues. this is a major blunder !!!
Remote Assist API
Hi, I am trying out ZOHO API for ZOHO Meeting. There is "createRemoteAssistance" api which i am interested. However, when i tried to test the URL ie: POST method, the returned xml say "Specified apikey [my key] is not valid.Provide a correct one." I had checked and tally that it is the correct API key gen for my ZOHO account(zapi). Though i am a Free Partner user for now, as i need to confirm this is working solution before i can upgrade to be Commercial partner. Any help is very much appreciated.
How to turn off Clipboard Copy Confirmation
Every time we use the copy function on the remote computer we received a prompt that asks if we are sure you want to copy the information Yes/NO. This is a huge time waster to click Yes every time we copy data from one PC to another. Does anyone know how to disable this prompt??
Chat ability in Zoho Assist
I was wondering about the chat function inside Zoho Assist. I was assuming that this would be a means to communicate to the client that is having their PC controlled by you, is this the case? When I started a session and typed in the chat window it didn't come up on the clients screen. Also, if I right clicked the Zoho Meeting icon on the clients PC and chose chat nothing happened. It would be nice to have a method of communicating to the client...am I missing something? Thanks in advance

Is there an option to protect unattended access enabled devices with a password the tech has to enter before getting access to the device? In our environment, not all techs should have access to all devices.

Sending Ctrl-C or Cmd key sequence
I'm having trouble with unattended access to my macOS machine. I cannot seem to send any Cmd or Ctrl key sequence (ie Cmd+N, Cmd+C, Ctrl-C, etc). I use terminal extensively and need too send Ctrl sequences. Zoho Assist Free from a Win10 PC to a macOS Mojave laptop. Is there a way to do this, am I just missing something?

Hi Can someone tell me what ports and IP ranges need to be enabled through a firewall to allow Zoho Assist to connect? The client's machine sits the stating its connecting but I suspect the firewall is dropping the traffic. Many thanks

"automatic installation failed"
Hi all, We are just getting to grips with Zoho Assist and it is going well for the most part until today when a remote user was getting "automatic installation failed" when running join.exe. The machine is running Server 2003 x86. We tried stopping the AV but it made no difference. Any ideas? Thanks Ivan

Zoho Assist is not working
All remote PCs are being prompted for Proxy setup. We can't access any remote PCs. Even customers selected "Dont show this again", we can't remotely login. Zoho, please help

Zoho Assist Installer wants proxy settings
When I try to install Assist at some customer sites, the installed asks for proxy settings where none is in use. If I close the dialog without entering anything, it throws this error message: "Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason : The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax." These computers all have a direct internet connection and don't use a proxy at all. There's no VPN in use either. Is there a way to tell this to the installer? Thanks.
Can I see my Zoho Assist Schedule in Zoho Calendar?
Maybe I am just missing something, but I scheduled a session through Assist with my customer, and it is not showing up in my Zoho Calendar. I looked at integrations... I have everything integrated, but it doesn't appear to be an option. Why would that be? All calendar views are selected- and nothing. I don't want to have to show the view to the right to see my sessions coming up.

ZOHO Assist Not Connecting
I am evaluating ZOHO Assist, and I've been unable to make connections with the test subjects. The first test was done in house, from another machine. Using the Desktop App, I started the Session, and entered the Session Key at http://join.zoho.com, after acknowledging the Java Runtime and the .exe down/run the Client end just sat at Connecting. No firewall warnings, with Windows Firewall (Default settings). The Second Test was done with a remote computer. Same results. I am apparently missing something,

Maximum number of unattended computers
I have just received the message "Oops! You have reached the maximum amount of unattended computers" when I tried to install the unattended assist agent on a client's computer today. I have never received this message before and I was under the impression I had an unlimited amount of unattended agent installs (but not concurrent sessions, of course). I have the Remote Support Professional Plan. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error message now? Thank you.
Remote customer's screen disappears to blank gray screen

why is zoho assist server so slow

Is there a way to set Zoho Desk to automatically add the time spent during the Zoho Assist session into the time history for a ticket? failed to create unattended service
Good morning, We use ZohoUnattended.msi to install the unattended client during our imaging process. We've recently started receiving the error "failed to create unattended service" during installation. I've emailed the log files to support@zohoassist.com. Your help is much appreciated.
