Zoho Assist will not allow me to access remote computers
I am unable to access remote computers. Tried from two different computers. Most are unattended but one is a new ticket. PLEASE HELP!!!
Cannot access remote devices after Zoho Assist outage
Since the outage today I can no longer access any of my remote computers. The Zoho Assist desktop App for Windows 10 is loading, but none of my remote PCs will connect. I even tried reloading the unattended agent on several of the computers but that did not work, it just sits on the screen saying "You'll be able to access the remote device shortly."
All users of Zoho Unattended Access being prompted for proxy info...and Zoho Assist dashboard down
As subject line reads. Everything appears to be broken today with Zoho Assist...especially Unattended Access.
File Transfer Not Working

Unattended Remote Access - Join, not Connect
Hi, i have been using the Unattended Remote Access, which allowed me to connect a desktop at home. It had been working fine, but first for some reason it went offline if idle for a while: I think I fixed that by changing the setting on changing it to never go sleep. But now I have an issue that while it reads online, it does not have 'Connect' status, but 'Join'. And I see the 'you will be able to access the remote device shortly' message running, but it does not connect... Any ideas?
Unattended session loses connection
I am experiencing a frequent issue. I utilize the unattended sessions for all of our devices. I am finding that I consistently lose connection to many machines and the only way to get it back is to either restart the unattended service or to reboot the computer. These machines have not lost Internet connectivity or gone to sleep.

Client Mouse Flickering when I connect
This morning when I remoted into a clients system using Unattended access, their mouse started flickering constantly. As soon as I closed the window for the session, it stopped. How do I resolve this?

With the Covid-19 crisis this is disasterous and I would have expected Zoho to have some sort of acknowledgement of the issue on their website. Multiple instances of Zoho assist running on servers impacting performance.

BEWARE- Posted documentation and "solution" does not work for deployment
Followed the instructions to "easily" deploy the unattend agent for ZohoAssist. The batch file/GPO combination simply does NOT work, no matter what you do. Showing Devices Online that are Offline in Unattended Access.
Unattended access keeps showing devices that are offline as online even after I close and re-open the HTTPS console. If this does not get fixed I am going to be forced to back to FixMe.IT
Scroll Bars appear but Windows on Remote PC not scrolling
All of my companies PCs are Windows 10. Trying to scroll down through a list, the scroll bar moves, but the screen does not scroll. Trying to scroll down in the list of updates, but can't get down to the restart button.

Cursor alignment
On zoho assist, the cursor is not aligned on the remote machine. We have to try to restart zoho to repair the problem, but the issue still comes back.

Hi, When I got to the Settings -> Security & Compliance, I try to edit the Data Protection -> Confirmation Prompt settings, however when I click on the gear highlighted for any of the options such as the "File Transfer", it just takes me back to the top of the general settings page.
Zoho server is down
One day in after moving to Zoho Assist from LogMeIn and we can not access half of our clients to provide support ! Hi Zoho I'm having problems connecting to some unattended access Windows 10 computers. I have been connecting to these computers without issue for some time. Problem started last night. Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?

New UI unattended list MUCH more difficult to navigate / find computers
This is my first post here. We've been using unattended access for about 1.5 years now. We have close to 100 computers in roughly 15 groups. Used to be easy, just scroll down the groups list, which was always on. Now, I have to use a drop down just to see the groups, and it's not as easy to navigate/scroll, find, and select the group. Can't type latin characters Mac x Windows
I access a Win XP machine using Chrome on Mac OS X High Sierra and I can't get special characters like á é ó â ê ô ã õ à í ú to work. I tried a few different keyboard layout setups, but nothing worked. I end up having to type a lot of stuff in a local notepad for further copy and paste, which is not convenient at all. Am I missing anything? How can I make this work? Thanks.
Unattended Support not Connecting
Hi, I'm having an issue this morning where I am unable to access any of my 50+ PC's on Zoho Assist Unattended. They are showing as Online but when I click on them they start to connect and get stuck on "Starting Support Session". Speaking to my clients, it seems they get a pop up asking them to enter Proxy details. They aren't behind a proxy. Please help, I need to help customers! Thanks,
