One day in after moving to Zoho Assist from LogMeIn and we can not access half of our clients to provide support !
No one at Zoho replies to online chat, email or phone calls ! - It's not looking very promising...
Assist tells us that our client's Pc's have been offline for upwards of 6 hours...
How are we supposed to get a status update when no-one at Zoho seems willing to reply to our requests for help.
On the occasion when my colleague did manage to get someone on the online chat he was told that Zoho had applied
a security update which was causing this problem and you were working on it. But no updates, no email notifications of the fault, no replies to emails, etc, etc.
6+ hours later and we are still unable to provide support to our clients...!
Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
