where do I find the client desktop program
Hi, In order to offer an alternative to unattended access for our clients with manned systems I believe there is software available which they can have on their desktop and insert a session key provided when they need support in order to remove the need to visit our or Zohos website to start a remote session. Can someone advise where I can download that from and whether it is something which once installed will permanently reside on the clients desktop requiring no further downloads for any subsequent
Change Cursor When Hovering Over Different Items
When assisting a computer, it would be nice if the cursor changed depending on what was on the remote computer. i.e. Text selection icon over text, little hand over a link/button, etc.
Unattended Access Problem - PCs disappeared from list

Suggestion to make "Choose Monitor" function easier to use
The multi-monitor support in Zoho Assist has been great. But switching between monitors is cumbersome. You have to access the Session menu, select "Choose Monitor", wait for a pop-up window, select the monitor on the pop-up and then close the pop-up in order to control the remote computer again. When working on a remote system that requires switching back and forth between monitors several times, this process gets in the way of controlling the remote computer. Would be nice if the unattended session included the logged in username of the computer at the time. It would make identifying with computer we need to look at in the unattended.
Unattended Updates
I would like to see a new posting on updates for the unattended computers, I have been using it but with a lot of bugs and problems, I would like to see revision numbers so I know I am using the latest version of the unattended software, and how to upgrade to the latest version I don't see an option for this. At this point in time it is not reliable enough for me to switch from LogMeIn Central, I did purchase the technician license and do like that.

If we use unattended support, nothing is on the session report. This should be there.

I am considering using Zoho Assist for a tech support business and would like to setup unattended access so I can conveniently perform support during certain time periods. If I purchase a license for 50 unattended access computers does this mean I can be setup for 50 different computers at any given time? Thanks

HI Is the subscription for Unattended Access being changed? I see from the pricing page that Unattended Access is now listed separately from the number of Technicians. How will this affect affect existing subscriptions where a number (100+ ??) of unattended computers were included in a Technicians subscription? Problem with reinstalling unattended access
Hi We removed a computer using the 'Remove' link in our Remote Access list and uninstalled the Unattended Client from the PC. We wish to re-add that computer so installed the unattended client again - however the computer will not appear again in our Remote Access list. Any thoughts??

Hi all, We are just getting to grips with Zoho Assist and it is going well for the most part until today when a remote user was getting "automatic installation failed" when running join.exe. The machine is running Server 2003 x86. We tried stopping the AV but it made no difference. Any ideas? Thanks Ivan

I believe I have seen a list of previous sessions, with the opportunity to resume them or am I thinking of a different piece of software? If so, where is it? If not, this needs to be an option since the Zoho desktop application is not 100% reliable.

Unattended Assist installations not staying connected
Hi, Has anybody else had the issue where after installing the unattended client, the computer very rarely, or mostly never actually shows as available. This is the same situation on many PC's for me, and I know they are online as I have been able to get remote access using the manual remote session without issue. I'm using Windows 8.1 with Firefox and the Firefox Plugin, client PC's are a mixture of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello, we are testing Zoho Assist, we have the following issue on Windows 8.1 Pro (German) with Unattended Client on Google Chrome, Firefox or IE Windows 8.1 Pro (Host). When I end a remote support session, I get a box that asks for comments about the interaction via Zoho Assist. Is this box where I leave support notes regarding the Zoho Assist connection for future reference, IE removed Virus, Defraged Etc. Or is this a support note for Zoho asking how the interaction was? Remove Zoho Assist from "Run as Service"
How does one remove Zoho Assist after it's been "Run As Service"? I believe that because it is running as a service, it always uses the same Session ID regardless of the ID entered into the assistance website. This makes it a bit confusing to get a session going.

Mouse Pointers - Can't see two at once
I'm testing this product for possible deployment. Is there a setting so that while you share the Technician desktop that you can see the Customer move the mouse or see customer's mouse pointer in addition to your own?
